1 HR Metrics Report Human Resource Analytics Trends in The HR Metrics survey developed by the Public Pension Network was launched in February and ran for weeks. It received 7 responses. About % of those surveyed reported the data for Fiscal Year 7. About % for Fiscal Year, and % for Fiscal Year 9. The number (N) of responses per question vary due to metrics being left blank by respondents or by the removal of extreme outliers (e.g. % vacancy rate). The graphs show the frequency of responses for each particular percent range. TURNOVER & SEPARATION (N=-) The Turnover Rate is the percent of employees that voluntarily and involuntarily left the organization with in the last completed fiscal year. The rate ranges from.% to 7%, with an average rate of.%. Most of the distribution falls within -9% % -% -9% 9-% -% -% Turnover Rate The Involuntary Separation Rate includes those employees that involuntarily left the organization during the last completed fiscal year.
