Bakery and Dairy products and services are bid annually. This year marks the first collaborative bid for the Metro Area School Districts Cedar Rapids, College Community, Linn-Mar and Marion. 2. Fifteen different bakery products are itemized for bid, with usage estimated at 147,830 packages per day. Seventeen various milk and dairy products are listed for bid, with approximate daily usage of 20,510 units/pints of milk. 3. The successful bidders will be issued contracts for the school year. 4. The consolidated value for products and services annually is: a. Bakery - $120,632 b. Dairy - $ 481, The Cedar Rapids value for products and services annually is: a. Bakery - $ 112,350 b. Dairy - $ 498,400 Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the tabulations for Bakery and Dairy Products.
