1 All qualified and eligible candidates of PECET-2012 Examinations are informed to attend for Second phase Web based counseling for the vacant seats in the first phase of counseling and available seats in new colleges for admission into B.P.Ed., &., Courses for the academic year as per the schedule given below at any one of the Help Line Centers (HLCs) or any internet centre or from their own to exercise their web option by using their scratch cards. The procedure for using the scratch card is given in detail in the booklet already issued to the candidates. 2 PECET-2012 Instructions to the candidates, who are appearing for Second Phase Counseling from 1 st to 3 rd October, Who should exercise options in Second Phase a. Who secure a seat in earlier phase of web based counseling and wish to move to some other college. b. Candidates who participated in earlier phase of web based counseling and could not secure a seat. c. Candidates who did not participate in earlier phase. d. Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn t report. e. A candidate allotted a seat in earlier phase but cancelled his / her admission. 2. The candidates may note that a. Options Exercised already for first phase will not be considered for Second phase of counseling. Hence the candidates have to exercise options afresh for Second phase of web based counseling. b. In case they are satisfied with the previous allotment, options need not be exercised again. c. Options may be exercised for those colleges even if the vacancies are not available at present, as the vacancies may arise due to sliding, cancellation and conversions. 2

3 Procedure to the candidates those who are completed certificate verification 1. Exercising options in the website for Second phase web based counseling for the vacant seats in the first phase of counseling and available seats in new colleges for admission into B.P.Ed., &., Courses on to If the candidate secures a seat in second phase through sliding, he/ she will lose the claim on the earlier allotted college, and he/she has to report to the new college by downloading the provisional allotment letter from website on or before Candidate need not to attend the Helpline centers for provisional allotment letters. 3. Failing to report to the new college on or before will lose the claim on the new college as well the old college. Procedure to the fresh candidates 1. Exercising options in the website for Second phase web based counseling for the vacant seats for admission into B.P.Ed., &., Courses from to Once, the options are exercised the candidate cannot change his options after completing the web options, The convener will complete the allotment process and the candidates will be issued the intimation letter on at 5.00pm. The candidates are also informed through SMS. 3. If the candidate secured a seat only in Second phase of web based counseling, he / she can down load the intimation letter from the website and approach any of the notified help line center at 9.00am on & for certificate verification and for provisional allotment letter. The candidates has to register their names in the Registration counters by paying the processing fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC, ST category candidates) for Certificates verification. 4.. Candidate belongs to BC, SC & ST category should submit integrated Community certificate duly signed by Tahasildhar. 5. Candidates claiming fee exemption have to produce parental income certificate from all sources up to an annual income of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. 2,00,000/- in case of SC/ST) duly signed by Tahasildhar, which is obtained on or after As per the Govt. memo No C/SW.Edn-2/ dated of social welfare department, the students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/DW/MW categories will be considered for Reimbursement of tuition fee (RTF) subject to verification and Eligibility as per the orders of the Government. 3

4 6. After submission of original certificates for verification, the verification officer will verify the genuinity of the certificates produced and collect the certificates. After verification, the candidate shall proceed to issue counter. The following documents will be issued to the candidate a) Receipt of Certificates b) Provisional Allotment letter 7. Candidates are informed to check their Provisional Allotment letter and report to the respective colleges and pay tuition fee and special fee on or before , failing which the candidate will lose the admission. (Candidates please note that the classes are already commenced from ) 8. If the student fails to pay the fee to the colleges on or before , they lose the chance of admission. 9.
