5 esignal rules on OHLC The OPEN is determined by the first BID after the settlement is created at 14: Pacific (22: GMT) the start/end time of the Forex market. During Daylight Savings, the start/end is : Pacific. The time remains constant throughout the year in GMT [without regard for British Summer Time]. The o/h/l is first determined by the first BID after the settlement is created at 22: GMT. From tha forward the BID s are used to set the LAST and to create any new HIGH for the day. And the LOW is but only if an ASK update goes lower than the initial o/h/l set by the first BID of the day. Contingency "Footnote" Rules Proportionality Rule: The recommendation to enter at the close obviously cannot be met. It means enter at th In spot, normally the close and open are only a few points apart. But, if the open is points or more away fro apply the number of points in the stop and target to the actual open. This prevents stupid stops and wrong tar version of the proportionality rule is used in Rule 3 below. Rule 1. Disabled. Therefore, if the difference entry and stop or target is negative or points or less, adjust the stop to 38 points from entry and target to 4 entry. As a general rule, don't use Rule 3 more than three times. Rule 4: Reversal Rule: If the price moves 8 points in the opposite direction after a stop or target, or from the entry is NPR, reverse direction with stop at 44 points and target at 48 points.
