C 38 GHII FUND DESCRIPTION The Invesco S&P High Income Infrastructure ETF tracks an index of 50 global infrastructure companies, selected and weighted by dividend yield. GHII FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT GHII charges a competitive fee for exposure to global infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on dividend yield. The fund invests in the energy, transportation, and utility sectors, but it selects only 50 stocks with the highest trailing dividend yield. Stocks are weighted by yield too. As such, GHII doesn t fit our benchmark well, but delivers around twice the dividend yield. That extra income comes with potentially elevated risk, as the fund leans heavily toward smaller companies. GHII avoids emerging markets (holdings must trade on a developed-market exchange), but where the benchmark is US-centric, GHII provides broad geographic exposure. Liquidity is a point of concern, though the fund is accessible for determined traders. Larger investors should plan to work with a liquidity provider. GHII is an attractive take on the space for income-oriented investors.
