2 FINANCIAL STATEMENT CERTIFICATION The accompanying balance sheet (combining and combined) of Health System as of March 31, 2016 and the related Statement of Income (combining and combined) and changes in in General Fund Balance and Statement of Cash Flows for the period then ended on a calendar basis, have been prepared by management, which is responsible for their integrity and objectivity. These statements have not been complied, reviewed or audited by outside accountants. Health System maintains a system of internal accounting control designed to provide reasonable assurance that assets are safeguarded and that transactions are properly executed, recorded and summarized to produce reliable records and reports.
