Previously, Pierre was a Partner at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg where he led the firm s advisory services for Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. He is a board member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and serves on the board of a number of Private Equity and Real Estate funds. Thomas is responsible for Investment Management. Previously, he was the Managing Director of cominvest Asset Management S.A., a UCITS ManCo of Allianz Global Investors Group. Thomas was responsible for Product Management and the setup of fund solutions for institutional clients. Thomas was also the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Münchner Kapitalanlage AG, a BaFin-regulated Mutual Fund Company. Daniel is responsible for Operations. Previously, Daniel set up the Luxembourg investment platform of SIGNA Holding, a renowned European real estate development company. Before SIGNA, Daniel was the Head of Fund Accounting at Bank of New York Mellon and Head of Fund Accounting at ADIG Investment Luxembourg S.A. Ralph is responsible for Risk Management and Valuation. He joined LIS from First Climate Asset Management S.A. where he was a Managing Director. Prior to this, Ralph spent several years in Senior Risk Management and managerial positions at leading property specialist bank Aareal Bank, Dublin Branch, and Hypo Pfandbriefbank International S.A. The Management Team is supported by more than 80 experienced professionals. 4
