4 GENERAL FINANCIAL PLANNING (For Portfolios with a total value below 250,000) This offering is based on NSL Wealth Management providing General Financial Planning advice, followed by an ongoing service. Services Description Ongoing Reviews Main Annual Review Meeting Once a year we will offer you a face-to-face meeting, during which we will undertake a complete review of your circumstances, needs and priorities to establish whether your current investments remain suitable. At your request we can also consider any other financial needs you may have. This meeting will be scheduled to take place at either our offices, or over the telephone if this is more convenient with you. Attitude Towards Risk Review of Risk Profile and Asset Allocation During your annual review meeting, or at another appropriate time during the year, we will endeavour to review your current risk profile, where appropriate, together with the current asset allocation of your investments. Contact Telephone/ Direct Access to Adviser Telephone/ Assistance via the Office You will have direct telephone or access to your adviser at any time during working hours for personal assistance. Where appropriate, we may suggest an ad- hoc meeting for more complex queries / needs. You can telephone or the office at any time during working hours for assistance. Administration Client File Retention & Maintenance Forward Provider Correspondence Quarterly Newsletter (by ) As and when you provide us with updates to your circumstances, we will update your file and will hold it securely at our offices for as long as you remain a client of ours, in accordance with our data protection policy. We will forward any correspondence concerning your investments to ensure you are kept up to date with their performance and current value. On a quarterly basis we will you a copy of our newsletter, which contains useful articles to keep you informed about financial matters in general. 4 14th March 2018

5 BESPOKE (For Portfolios with a total value above 250,000) This offering is based on NSL Wealth Management providing initial bespoke advice, followed by an ongoing, proactive service. Services Description Reporting Valuation/Strategy Report (1 Per Annum) Following your main annual review meeting, whether this is conducted over the telephone or face-to-face, we will provide you with a report confirming our discussions, summarising our findings and outlining any recommendations we may make. At some stage during the year you will be provided with an up to date valuation of your portfolio. Ongoing Reviews Telephone Update (1 Per Annum) Main Annual Review Meeting Once a year we are happy to provide you with a telephone update (at your request), to ensure that you are on track to meet your current needs and objectives. Once a year we will offer you a face-to-face meeting, during which we will undertake a complete review of your circumstances, needs and priorities to establish whether your current investments remain suitable. At your request we can also consider any other financial needs you may have. This meeting will be scheduled to take place at either your home, your place of work, or at our offices, whichever is more convenient for you. Interim Review Meeting (If Required - 1 Per Annum Alternatively, if you prefer, this review can take place over the telephone, with the necessary time allocated accordingly. In addition to the main annual review meeting, we will offer you an interim review over the telephone during which we will review your objectives against the goals and objectives we agreed at your main review meeting. Attitude Towards Risk Review of Risk Profile and Asset Allocation During your annual review meeting, or at another appropriate time during the year, we will endeavour to review your current risk profile, where appropriate, together with the current asset allocation of your investments. Bespoke Portfolio Advice Bespoke Portfolio Advice Having thoroughly established your circumstances, objectives and goals, we will create a Bespoke portfolio of investments tailored to your individual requirements, appropriate to the level of risk you are prepared to take. Using our expert knowledge of investments and the markets, we will review your investments performance. Where necessary we will contact you to discuss any required changes to your portfolio. 5 14th March 2018
