21 Summary Sarasota County s rate-of-return has been relatively stable over time and stayed between 82% and 90%. Manatee County s rate-of-return has increased since FY2004. Transportation investments both in and around Sarasota and Manatee Counties bring value to both counties citizens and visitors. Results help the FDOT remain accountable for investment decisions.
