9 Extensions of Advanced Graphite Project Mason Graphite s advanced Lac Guéret Project has at least 75 million tonnes of high grade large flake graphite with robust economics showing a $90 million cost to build the mine, a 2.5 year payback and a minimum of 24 years of mine life. Berkwood s Lac Guéret directly borders Mason Graphite s property to the east and south and shares similar prospective geology including along strike stratigraphic units, structure and geophysical anomalies. ( Berkwood ) (TSX-V: BKR) announces it has entered into an agreement to acquire B.C. Ltd., a private B.C. Company, which sole asset is the Cobalt Ford Property. The Cobalt Fold Property ( the Property ) is located in the Côte-Nord area of Quebec. The Property is made of one block of 40 claims, totaling approximately 2, hectares or 21.76km 2. The property is situated near extensive infrastructure. The Manic 5 hydro electrical dam is located approximately 15 km south of the Property and can provide lodging, food and other services as well as an airport. 18
