6 HISTORY AT HAMMERDOWN Discovered in early 1990 s by Commander Richmont Mining bought the project in 1999 based on a 200,000 oz inferred resource Richmont Mining owned Nugget Pond Mill and required mill feed Richmont mined from 2000 to 2004 (shut down in May 2004) Average grade of g/t Au, producing Richmont s cut-off grade was 8 g/t Shut down due to low gold price average gold price was $300/oz during operation All of the ore was processed at the Nugget Pond Mill, now owned and operated by Rambler Metals, with an average gold recovery of 97.1% Maritime purchased 100% of the project from Commander in

A self employed business consultant with over 25 years experience involving public companies and venture capital markets. A member of the Law Society of BC since 1973, specializing in advising public companies on securities law and matters related to financial and stock exchange transactions. Practiced taxation law for several years, for the past 17 he has specialized in advising public companies, primarily in the resource sector, on securities law and matters related to financial and stock exchange transactions.
