5 Short Timeline to Production Potential to re-open the mine within 2 to 3 years AMEC has been retained to define the most efficient permitting strategy, and to prepare the Environmental Assessment (EA) EA is the first step of permitting, and can be completed in approximately 4 months Permitting for re-opening of the mine is straightforward, with an EIS not likely necessary Low capital requirement to re-open the mine first Permitting and construction of a mill and tailings facility would take longer, likely one additional year 5
