4 Lithium Market & Demand According to Citigroup, a car uses about 4,500 times the amount of lithium a cellphone uses. Electric vehicles consumed 15,000 tons of lithium in By 2025, the car industry will consume 136,000 tons or more. Noram intends to establish itself as a low cost supplier of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent ( LCE ) for the expanding lithium battery business. 4

5 Noram Ventures Inc. - Clayton Valley Property The Clayton Valley is approximately halfway between Las Vegas and Reno. Zeus Property is within 2km of Albemarle s lithium brine producing operations. Infrastructure includes paved roads & power right onto the site. Drilling is possible all year round. 5

6 Zeus Property Map Size: 1,214 hectares (3,000 acres). Ablemarle Albemarle Corporation is the largest & only lithium brine producing operation in the United States. Albemarle s Silver Peak Mine is 1.6km from the Zeus Property. 6

8 NI Resource Estimate The first NI technical report indicates an inferred resource of ~17 million metric tonnes. Grade of ~1,060 ppm Li over 112 acres of the core drilling program. This equates to 96,476 tonnes Lithium Carbonate Equivalent ( LCE ). The technical information has been reviewed and approved by Bradley C. Peek, MSc and Certified Professional Geologist and Raymond P. Spanjers, MSc, Registered Professional Geologist who are Qualified Person's with respect to Noram's Clayton Valley Lithium Project as defined under National Instrument

9 May 2018; deepened 9 core drill holes. Prior inferred resource was based on an average depth of 47 ft. 9 additional holes were deepened to ~300 ft, which is 5.75X the previous average depth used in the resource estimate. Values ranged from 572-1,009ppm Phase ll 2018 Drill Program 9

13 Management Charles Tucker Barrie Senior Advisor: C. Tucker Barrie, Ph.D., P. Geo. Mr. Barrie has over 25 years experience as a global metallic minerals Economic Geologist, with expertise in copper-zinc volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits, porphyry copper-gold deposits, and magmatic sulfide nickel-copper platinum group deposits. Recently he has focused on lithium deposits including detailed studies of lithium brines and clays in North and South America. Mark Ireton President, CEO & Director: Mark is a banker by profession with over 30 years of experience in all areas of commercial mid-market lending. He is versed in both public and private transactions, reorganizations, acquisitions both management buyouts and leveraged buyouts and divestitures in a variety of sectors that include wholesale distribution, manufacturing, aviation, transportation, construction, excavation, post production and oil service. Glen MacDonald Director: Glen is a P. Geo. With the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists, as well as Alberta s Professional Engineers Geologists and Geophysicists Association. He brings more than 45 years of experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian resource companies. In addition, Mr. MacDonald spent seven years as a District Exploration Manager in the Yukon and Western North West Territories for Noranda Mines, designing and managing various exploration projects. Arthur Brown Director: Art brings 36 years of business experience to Noram s board. He has served on the boards of eight other companies in sectors ranging from technology to oil & gas and mineral exploration.
