( Alba ) (TSX-V: AA.V AXVEF:US) is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (the LOI ) with Noram Ventures Inc. For Alba to acquire up to 50% of Noram s wholly-owned subsidiary Green Energy Resources Inc., which holds lithium brine/clay claims at Clayton Valley, Nevada. Vancouver, BC, July 20, Alba Minerals Ltd. ( Alba ) (TSX-V: AA; AXVEF:US; Frankfurt: A117RU) is pleased to announce it has signed an option agreement to acquire 100% of the Quiron II lithium project, consisting of 2,421 hectares of prospective exploration property in the Pocitos Salar, in the Province of Salta, Argentina. The Project is located approximately 7 km South East of Millennial Lithium Southern Lithium JV Cruz Lithium Project and 12 km Northeast from the Liberty One Lithium Corp. Pocitos West Project.

A car uses about 4,500 times the amount of lithium that a cellphone uses. According to analysts at Citigroup, electric vehicles consumed 15,000 tons of lithium in By 2025, the car industry will consume 136,000 tons.

This program is designed to demonstrate the existence of a valuable lithium deposit within the property s prospect area. Drilling began in December 2016 at Clayton Valley.

15 Alba Minerals & Noram Drilling First 30 Holes The lithium content of the 111 samples had an interval-weighted average of 1,072.6 ppm with a minimum value of 425 ppm and a maximum value of 2,340 ppm The maximum value was over a 1.22m (4 ft) intersection, while the minimum value was over a 0.61m (2 ft) interval. The samples had a median value of 1000 ppm Li. Collectively, the weighted average lithium value in first three batches of drill core samples exceeds the average value of previously reported surface samples by 72% when comparing the weighted average of the first 30 holes (1,066 ppm Li) to the average of the 77 surface samples (621 ppm Li). Analytical results from the remaining 16drill holes of the Phase 1 drilling program are pending.

18 Alba Minerals: Quiron ll Property Map According to Hydrogeologist Dr. Garcia (Garcia et al. 2016) The Project Area of Quiron II lies on the intersections of two aquifer systems: Incahuasi River and Salar de Pocitos. The same were detected to intersect underneath within sediments of very low resistivity below the alluvial fan at meters depth. Robl s descritpions on hydrothermal alternations (Robl et al. 2009) in the area of El Quevar Volcano Complex, depict the existence of active and inactive thermal emanations with high values of boron, chloride, lithium and bicarbonate that could drain westwards enriching the Salar through the Quiron Property.

He has been Chairman of the Board at Astorius Resources Ltd. since May 24, Mr. MacDougall is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, in economics. He graduated University of British Columbia Law School with Bachelor of Laws Degree. Mr. Jonsson s primary responsibility will be acting as the Corporation s lawyer and looking after all its legal requirements and matters. He will also act as the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and its Chief Financial Officer, on a part-time basis. He was principal of the Vancouver law firm of Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon, as a result of which he has acted as the lawyer for a number of public companies, some of which have been involved in mineral and oil and gas exploration. Mr. Jonsson, as a Solicitor, has specialized in securities, corporate and mining and oil and gas exploration work for more than 35 years. During this time he has held director and officer positions with many of his clients which has resulted in his being involved in a wide variety of aspects of the mining and oil and gas exploration industry.

Director, Mr. Smyth is a consulting geologist with an MSc. in Geochemistry (University of Cape Town) and a MSc. in Computer Science (Imperial College, London). He has 40 years of experience in the minerals industry, working in Africa, Asia, Australia, Mexico, Canada and Turkey. From 1975 to 2000 he worked for the Anglo American Corporation in minerals exploration, resource evaluation and mining, his last positions being that of VP of Exploration for Australasia ( ), and Africa ( ). He led the team which discovered the Buzwagi gold deposit in Tanzania and the Boyongan Cu/Au porphyry deposit in the Philippines. He also led the group responsible for resource evaluation in Anglo American s News Mining Business Division, managing various deposits including Navachab and Sadiola (gold), Skorpion (zinc), Uikomst (nickel), and Namaqua Sands (mineral sands). He has subsequently served public Canadian companies as President of Dolly Varden Resources Ltd, and VP Exploration for Dome Ventures Corporation, Miocene Metals Ltd and Pasinex Resources Limited.
