Thesegmentconnectedonenewthird-partynaturalgasprocessingplantinthePermianBasinduringthethirdquarter2017, inadditiontothefivethird-partyplantconnectionsaddedtoitssysteminthefirsthalfof2017. EvenwithhigherNGLvolumesgatheredduringthethirdquarter2017,comparedwiththesecondquarter2017,ethane rejectionlevelsononeok ssystemremainedrelativelyunchanged,continuingtoaveragemorethan150,000barrelsperday(bpd). DuringAugustandSeptember2017,disruptionsfromHurricaneHarveycausedlowerNGLvolumesandhigheroperating costsatsomeofoneok sgulfcoastandmid-continentareaassets,adverselyimpactingadjustedebitdainthesegmentbyan estimated$4.5million.
