2 CSW 2019 (ISCS/IPRM 2019) Exhibition Exhibition will be held jointly for both 46 th International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS 2019) and 31 st International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials (IPRM 2019), May 19-23, 2019, Nara, Japan. Both conferences offer you the opportunity to display your latest products, technology and services in front of an international audience active in compound semiconductor research, development and production. ISCS 2019 and IPRM 2019 attendees are encouraged to visit the displays during the conference period. Both conferences offer two complimentary conference registrations. A complete list of the ISCS2019 and IPRM 2019 Exhibitors will appear in the Final Program. The planned details are as follows. You definitely save money by having your booth during Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW 2019). <Terms> Booth Exhibition: May 20 to 23 AM <Rental fee> 200,000YEN for one booth, including 180cm (W) 90cm (D) 75cm (H) table and a chair, with access to 300W 100V/60Hz electricity. The rental fee includes advertisements in both the Final Program and CSW 2019 (ISCS/IPRM 2019) homepage. and free conference registration for 2 persons, which includes Exhibition Guide, Program for IPRM/ISCS, and permission to attend Welcome Reception, Coffee Break, and Banquet. <Exhibitor Advertisement> Advertising in both the Final Program and CSW 2019 homepage is available. Prepare a camera-ready copy (A4 size, full color) of the advertisement and submit it to the address for application shown below before March 31, Participation only to the advertisement in the Final Program and CSW 2019 homepage (without a booth) is also acceptable with a charge of 40,000 YEN. <Application> The Exhibit Application Form is located in the last page of this guide. 4 Exhibition Layout [Exhibitions Rules and Regulations] 1. CONTRACT: This application, properly executed by applicant (Exhibitor), shall upon written acceptance and notification of space assigned by Exhibit Management constitute a valid and binding contract. 2. PURPOSE: The exhibition will serve to introduce new products and services to the market and to educate individuals in these areas with regard to these technologies. Only exhibitors whose materials are related to those purposes will be accepted. Exhibit Management reserves the right to decide, in its sole criteria, whether Exhibitor's materials relate to the purpose of the exhibition. 3. ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE: The slot assignment is considered based on the requests from the exhibitors. However due to the limitation of the booth number, the final assignment is determined by Exhibit Management 4. SUBLETTING OF SPACE: Exhibitor agrees not to sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allowed without and written consent of Exhibit Manager. 5. SPACE RENTAL FEES: Space rental fee for one booth including one l80cm (W) x 90cm (D) x 75cm (H) table, one chair, 300 W 100 V/60 Hz electricity, advertisements in both the Final Program and CSW 2019 homepage is 200,000 YEN. 6. ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITS: Exhibitor agrees to arrange exhibits so as not to obstruct the general view and not to hide other exhibits. Display material exposing an unfinished surface to neighboring exhibits or aisles will not be permitted.

5 7. ADVERTISING MATTER: Distribution of adverting materials is allowed only within assigned area. Exhibit Management reserves the right to refuse distribution of souvenirs, advertising matter or anything else which may be considered objectionable. 8. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Exhibitor agrees to take the necessary measures to safeguard visitors in the exhibition area from any hazards associated with the exhibit equipment. 9. PAYMENT: Full payment of the booth rental fee is required after the notification of acceptance, before March31, Any company that does not fully pay the free at this time is subject to losing its assigned exhibit booth. OCCUPANCY OF EXHIBITION AREA: Exhibit Management may terminate this contract if Exhibit Area is damaged or exhibit is canceled, discontinued or access is prevented due to labor actin, injunction, natural disaster or any other cause beyond control of the Exhibit Management. In such events, Exhibitor agrees to waive any and all damages claims and agrees that the sole liability of Exhibit Management shall be to refund payments made for exhibit space, less a proportionate share of expenses, incurred and committed by Exhibit Management. 11. REJECTIONS AND PENALTIES: Exhibit Management reserves the right to reject, or remove any exhibit, in whole or in part, which becomes objectionable due to noise, safety hazard, rules violation, etc. In such cases, exhibit fees shall not be refunded. 12. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: Exhibit Management will use reasonable care to protect Exhibitor against loss. However, Exhibit Management will not be liable for damages, property loss or injury Exhibitors or their staff through theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes. Exhibitor should insure his property against such loss. Exhibitor agrees to make no claim Exhibit Management, and Exhibit Area against loss, theft or damage to Exhibitor s property or for any injury to persons in Exhibitor s area. 13. EXHIBIT MANAGEMENT: The word Exhibit Management as used herein refers to the IPRM/ISCS 2019 Conference Organizing Committee. Exhibitor further agrees that the conditions, rules and regulations of Exhibit Management are made a part of this contract and that said exhibitor agrees to be bound by each and all of these rules and regulations, and agrees that Exhibit Management shall have full power to interpret, amend and enforce all rules and regulations in the best interest of the show.
