3 Company Overview: Mission Statement -We aim to provide affordable and reliable Security Service, protecting property and personal assets against vandalism, theft, assault and water/fire damages. About us We are a family owned businesses. Our managers have been working in the area of security and management for years. We know what it s like to protect family and business. The Team Chief Executive Officer - Don Charley, former Marine, Correctional Officer, Probation Officer, Property Manager, Restaurant Manager and Security Officer. Director of Operations Cynthia Charley-Riggins, former Correctional Officer and Trainer, Security Officer and Life Coach. Chief Financial Officer- LaTasha Blackwell-Charley former Retail Manager, Human Resources Manager and Account Representative. Security Office- Security Officers undergo a full local and federal background check. They are required to take a minimum of a two week class with continue education in law and security. We strive to keep our officer advancing with CPR, Tactical and Disaster Relief certifications.

4 Scope of Services: Our Officers will do the following 1. Prevent vandalism - Apartment complexes can be the best home a person has had or the worst. We insure the tenant has a safe and pleasant place to call home. This means no burglaries, auto thefts or material stolen or broken. 2. Fire/water damage- During the construction phase security keeps a keen eye out for unsealed or cracked pipes. In addition, if the likelihood of an electrical fire, security reacts to decrease damages. 3. Trespassing- Not only do trespassing decrease property value but it also leaves the client open to possible law suits for injuries. 4. Disgruntled employees- Officers are well trained in escorting unwanted ex-employees off property. 5. Noise complaints - Do to our great communication skills and training we are able to handle noise complaints in a professional and discreet manner. 6. Rule Violations - we take your community rules and strictly enforce them. 7. Vacancy checks- vacant apartments are the most common targets in vandalism.

5 We are Insured In addition to being required to follow state and federal guidelines. We also carry liability insurance with LW insurance service. You are welcome to a copy at your request. What does this mean to you? If any injuries or theft occur from our negligence you are covered.
