Prospects of success: Where the likelihood of winning is less than 50%. Minimum amount in dispute: Claims where less than 250 is in dispute Conflicts: With anyone you live with or have lived with. Non-approved Costs: Costs which have not been agreed in advance.! Qualifying period: We will not cover claims arising in: o 30 days for Personal Identity Fraud o 90 days for Contract Disputes,! Withdrawn claims: If you withdraw from the legal action without our consent, you re responsible for any advisers costs. You must notify claims as soon as reasonably possible once you become aware of the insured incident and within no more than 180 days of you becoming aware of the insured incident, other than in relation to claims under Personal Identity Theft, where claims must be submitted within 45 days of you becoming aware of the insured incident. You must supply, at your own expense, all of the information which we reasonably require to decide whether a claim may be accepted. You shall supply all information requested by the adviser and us.

Your policy booklet includes full details of what you are This is a Home Emergency Insurance which covers owners of UK holiday homes, bed & breakfasts, unoccupied property and weekend or weekday homes against emergency repair. It does not cover normal day-to-day maintenance, which you should carry out and pay for. The provision of emergency assistance in the circumstances described below, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: Bursting or sudden leakage or water pipes. Complete failure of your central heating system involving a boiler, warm air unit or damage to underground drains or sewers. Failure of your main services. Damage or failure of the only accessible toilet. Removal of pest infestation (including wasp nests, field or house mice or brown rats). Break-in or vandalism compromising the security of the insured property. Missing or repositioned roof tiles. Loss of Keys for the only available set of keys. Up to 250 for overnight accommodation. More than 300 (including VAT) for any claim for the contractors call out charge, labour costs, parts and materials. More than 1,500 (including VAT) during any period of insurance. Claims caused by deliberate or careless acts on your part. Any loss or damage that occurs within 28 days of the first inception of this insurance or before the insurance started Normal day-to-day maintenance. For central heating claims the failure of the central heating pump, fuel lines including gas leaks, any relighting of the pilot light, radiator valves, boiler or system noise. Breakdown or loss of or damage to domestic appliances or Saniflow toilets and other mechanical equipment.! Your boiler or warm air unit must have an output of less than 60kw per hour.! Your boiler or warm air unit must be less than 10 years old.! Damage or loss by criminal activity without a crime reference number. Cover applies for eligible properties situated within the mainland of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, plus the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Let us know if any of the information listed in your Statement of Fact is incorrect or changes. Please call us as soon as you can if you need to make a claim. Keep your property in a good state of repair and working condition.
7 Key Protection Cover UK General Insurance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Financial Register Number: ) Key Protection Cover Cast House Gibraltar Island Road, Old Mill Business Park Leeds West Yorkshire LS10 1RJ This Key Protection insurance policy provides cover for the policyholder in respect of insured keys which are attached to the key fob provided. Up to 1,500 in respect of locksmith s charges, new locks and replacement keys Car hire costs for a vehicle not exceeding 1600cc up to a maximum of 40 per day for up to 3 days as a result of lost or stolen keys Up to 100 per day for a maximum of 3 days in respect of onward transportation due to the loss or theft of your keys Up to 50 in respect of keys locked inside a property or broken in the lock or ignition A 10 reward is also payable to the finder of a lost key Any costs or charges incurred where a locksmith is booked to attend an appointment and you fail to attend Claims for keys where there are duplicates available Insured keys lost or broken by, or stolen from, someone other than the policyholder Locks which were damaged prior to the loss or theft of keys Claims arising from a deliberate act or your failure to safeguard your keys! All keys must be attached to the fob provided! This policy provides cover up to an aggregate amount of 1,500! All claims must be reported within 30 days! A claim cannot be made under this policy for lost keys until 3 days have elapsed since the loss! Receipts or invoices will be required for payments you have made where you are seeking reimbursement You are covered in respect of properties located in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. You must provide full and accurate information to all questions asked. Your answers must be true to the best of your knowledge and belief. Your answers will form part of the statement of facts on which your policy will be based. If you become aware that information you have given us is inaccurate or has changed, you must inform us as soon as possible. Failure to do this may invalidate your policy and claims may not be paid.
