No purchase necessary. DOOR PRIZE RULES 2. All guests attending the cocktail fundraiser on June 4, 2012 will be randomly handed one (1) door prize coupon at the main entrance. 3. Guests can verify their ticket number by simply visiting the door prize official webpage of the Canadian Defence Community Banking who is the Owner on Jun 5, 2012 at 00:01am at to compare their coupon number located in the middle of the coupon with the secret number indicated on the door prize webpage. Instructions and indications of the winning number will be located on the main page of the door prize webpage. 4. To claim the grand prize, you must contact the Canadian Defence Community Banking (CDCB) Manager at or natacha.tremblay@forces.gc.ca, to provide the serial number located on the front of the coupon. Upon redemption of the price, the winner will be required to hand in the original winning coupon. The winning coupon can also be mailed at 4210, rue Labelle Street, Ottawa, ON K1A 0K2 c/o: CDCB Manager, Natacha Tremblay. 5. Winner will have thirty (30) days to claim the prize. After that period, the grand prize Family Getaway Package will be forfeited or donated to the CFSU (O) Military Family Resource Center who will be award the grand prize to a deserving military family within its community. 6. Three hundred (300) coupons will be printed. Each coupon is numbered: 001 to 300. Each coupon is also numbered by a 3 digit validation serial number located on the front of the coupon. ELIGIBILITY 7. The door prize activity is open to all residents of Canada except Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of the "Owner", its affiliated companies or agents, advertising and promotion agencies and the door prize judges.

2 PRIZES 8. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) family weekend getaway package with; Free Car *Avis Rent a Car rental for 3 days including GPS, Time and Mileage. Type of vehicle is either full size with unlimited kms or minivan with 200 free kms per day with.14 per addl km. a. Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license. A young driver fee will apply for a driver between the ages of 21 to 24. b. A valid credit card must be made available at the time of pick up for personal incidentals & or for optional products and services (such as Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Roadside Safety Net (RSN), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), etc). c. Winner is responsible for gas usage. Vehicle will be full at time of pick up and must be refuelled at the time of return to avoid refuelling charges. d. Rental pick up & drop off can be done within a 100km radius of Ottawa (including Avis locations in Kingston, Pembroke, Deep River and Chalk River; ONTARIO). e. Rental must occur prior to June 4, f. Reservation must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of pick up for the Full Size vehicle and 21 days for the minivan to ensure availability. The winner can also add additional family members to the reservation by using a three hundred dollars ($300.00) *pre-paid BMO MasterCard provided by CDCB. Below are the details included in the hotel package; a. Room type is standard in double occupancy; b. Dates are subject to availability; c. Winner has a choice of any of the 33 Hôtellerie Champêtre s / Québec Resorts & Country Inns across Quebec. Winner can only choose one resort or Inn at the time of the booking. d. Service fees and taxes are included in the package. e. Certain Resorts or Inns offer kids under twelve (12) to stay for free. Ask the reservation coordinator/agent for more details at the time of booking. f. Accommodation also includes free indoor and or outdoor activities at the selected resort (free activities may vary from one resort to another), dinner for two (2) and continental breakfast for two (2) g. Free parking for one (1) car. *Pre-paid Vanilla MasterCard card with three hundred dollars ($300.00) is offered to cover additional costs related to adding family lodging and meal expenses. 9. Approximate retail prize value is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) (the Grand Prize ). 10. Grand prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor s option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a grand prize or a prize component with one of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but solely in the Sponsor s sole discretion, a cash award. Grand prize is valid for one (1) year starting June 4, 2012 and is subject to availability at the time of reservation. Certain blackout dates may apply. 3 GENERAL 11. By entering the door prize activity, each entrant agrees to abide by these door prize activity rules. This door prize activity is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the door prize activity Owner with respect to all aspects of this door prize are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. 12. The "Owner" reserves the right to the approval of the Ontario Lottery Gaming Commission (OLGC) to withdraw or amend this door prize activity in any way, in the event of an error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the "Sponsor" that interferes with the proper conduct of this door prize activity as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this door prize activity is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. 13. The "Owner, with the consent of the OLGC, reserves the right to cancel or suspend this door prize activity in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind without prior notice or obligation. 14. The Owner assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period. 15. The recipient of the door prize expressly consents to the Owner, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted when accepting the prize only for the purpose of administering the door prize and in accordance with Sponsor s Privacy Policy (available at: unless the entrant otherwise agrees to receive further communications from Sponsor.
