The Hoover Dam urs are NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia, or has a pacemaker or defibrillar. Tours are conducted in confined spaces and in a powerplant with generars emitting electromagnetic frequencies. Those who can not participate in ur may enjoy visir's center. Each night we will stay at Excalibur Hotel on Las Vegas Strip, where you can explore Sin City on your own. THIS AGREEMENT WILL ALSO PREVENT MY FAMILY FROM SUING THE SKEPTICS SOCIETY OR THE TRIP LEAD- ERS DONALD PROTHERO AND TERESA LEVELLE: It is my intent that this Agreement shall bind members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns, and personal representative, if I am deceased. This Agreement shall be deemed as a release and consent not sue regarding any claims se parties may have against Skeptics Society or trip leaders Donald Proro and Teresa LeVelle relating my participation in this activity. 5. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with laws of State of California. In signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read it and understand it, I agree be legally bound by it and that I sign it voluntarily.
