Gas AC Agreement: As a condition precedent to service under this schedule, an executed Gas AC Agreement shall be required. As part of the Agreement, the customer certifies qualification under the terms and conditions of this Schedule. 5. Gas AC Credit: For billing periods for the months of May through October, the transmission charge is the G- transmission charge for all usage less than or equal to the base volume, the average nontemperature sensitive residential usage. Base volumes are equal to therms per day for singlefamily dwellings and therms per day for multi-family dwellings. For usage in the current year above base volume in the billing period, the customer will receive a Gas AC credit. All non-baseline gas usage above base year volumes in billing periods from May to October will be discounted by 20 cents per therm. he discount will be shown on the customer s bill as a credit. 6. Interruption of Service: Service under this schedule is subject to interruption in whole or in part without notice in case of actual or anticipated shortage of natural gas resulting from an insufficient supply, inadequate transmission or delivery capacity or facilities or storage requirements. he Utility will not be liable for damages occasioned by interruption of service supplied under this schedule. Such interruption of service shall be made in accordance with ule o ate Changes: he Utility will file core procurement rate changes on the last business day of each month to become effective on the first calendar day of the following month. 8. Cancellation: he customer may cancel participation within 72 hours of submission of the request to participate in the Gas AC optional rate program. 9. CPUC Orders: All contracts, rates and conditions are subject to revision and modification as a result of CPUC Order. 10. Schedule o. G: Unless otherwise stated in this Schedule and Agreement, all other conditions of Schedule o. G shall remain in effect. 11. Volumetric Price Floor: In no case shall the non-baseline rate less the Gas AC Discount be less than the volumetric price floor as the Commission adopts it from time to time in rate making proceedings. he volumetric price floor equals the adopted long-run marginal cost excluding the customer related marginal cost. If the Commission adopts a non-baseline rate such that the non-baseline rate less the Gas AC Discount were to be less than the volumetric price floor, the Gas AC Discount will be reduced. Utility Service Agreement: As a condition precedent to receiving Core Aggregation ransportation service under this schedule, the customer s ESP must submit a Direct Access Service equest (DAS). 13. erm of Service: he contract term for service under this rate schedule shall be for four years, but the customer or the Utility may terminate participation by at any time with 30 days notice. 14. Customer esponsible for Billing Under Core Aggregation ransportation: he customer is ultimately responsible for the payment of billing charges assessed to the customer s aggregator for services rendered under this schedule.
