1 EuroMillions Hunter Terms - Terms and Conditions of Participation: TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions ( Terms ) govern participation in the mylotto24 Syndicate, EuroMillions Hunter. I. Organiser of EuroMillions Hunter 1. The promoter of the EuroMillions Hunter is mylotto24 Limited ( us, we, our, the Company ), a company registered in England with company number and with its address at Suite 1, 3rd Floor, St James s Square, London, SW1Y 4LB, United Kingdom ( mylotto24 ). 2. Any questions in relation to the EuroMillions Hunter or these Terms should be made to mylotto24 at the above address or by telephone on or by at service@mylotto24.co.uk. 3. These Terms shall incorporate the General Terms and Conditions for mylotto24.co.uk (the General Terms ). In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail. II. Commencement and Expiry of EuroMillions Hunter 1. EuroMillions Hunter will commence at on Thursday 5 th July and will continue until mylotto24 closes the EuroMillions Hunter ( Promotion Period ). mylotto24 will give reasonable advance notice of the closure of EuroMillions Hunter by placing a notice on its website. III. Promotion Participation 1. Any natural person registered with mylotto24.co.uk as a player can participate in the EuroMillions Hunter (each, a Promotion Participant or you ). 2. mylotto24 reserves the right to exclude Promotion Participants from participating in EuroMillions Hunter if they breach these Terms or the General Terms, as applicable. IV. Our Status 1. When offering this product, mylotto24 is acting as a lottery Syndicate organiser. We do not promote a lottery and are not lottery promoters. 2. When offering this product, or other Syndicate products on mylotto24.co.uk, we do not require a licence from the Gambling Commission. We do not require a lottery operator licence; please see the UK Gambling Commission s "Running a lottery Syndicate" page for confirmation We are not, nor need to be, regulated by the Financial Services Authority. 4. A Syndicate does not amount to joining a collective investment scheme. 5. Joining a Syndicate provides no guarantee of receiving any Winnings and we in no way guarantee to Promotion Participants any return on any fees this Company may charge for your Entry into or participation in any of the Syndicate games. V. Syndicates

The Syndicates section of the mylotto24.co.uk website enables Promotion Participants to jointly join Syndicates for lotteries and to share in any Prize which may be due if such Syndicates contains Winning Lottery Tickets. The Company forms a contractual relationship between the Promotion Participants of the Syndicate. 2. The Service does not enable Promotion Participants to choose the Members of the Syndicate or the lines of Lottery entries in that Syndicate. Promotion Participants will not own any Lottery Ticket purchased for the Syndicate. The Lottery Tickets are owned by the Company or its suppliers. Any Syndicate shares not purchased by Promotion Participants shall be owned by the Company. 3. The Company will maintain a record of active Promotion Participants against every draw that is run. It will calculate the Winnings and distribute them accordingly to each successful Promotion Participant. It will also take all reasonable measures to ensure that each Syndicate has different lottery numbers from any other Syndicate but this cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances duplication can and may occur and the Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for a perceived dilution of Winnings, or otherwise in this event. VI. Process and Purchase of Tickets 1. Each Lottery Draw is performed by the designated Operator. mylotto24 s participation, and consequently each Syndicate's interest, in each Lottery Draw is subject to the terms and conditions of the related Lottery Operator. 2. We use a third-party company, Ventura24 S.L. for lottery messengering services who buy the tickets. Where a Promotion Participant buys the first share in a Syndicate, an instruction is made to Ventura24 S.L to buy a Syndicate ticket. As soon as the Syndicate fills up (i.e. once all [50] shares have been purchased), then an instruction is made to Ventura24 to buy the next ticket/s for the next syndicate. 3. In the event that the cut off time arrives and a Syndicate is only partially filled up, then mylotto24 is the owner of the remaining shares in the Syndicate. 4. The Promotion Participant needs to have subscribed to a Syndicate before 13:30 GMT+1 on the day of the relevant EuroMillions draw in order to be entered into a Syndicate for that draw. In the event that the cut-off time arrives then the subscription will be valid in relation to the following draw. 5. The customer will receive a notification by of their Lottery numbers for their Syndicate. VII. Membership and Entry Fee 1. The Entry Fee is paid by way of subscription. 2. The Entry Fee is [ 9.90] taken every draw. This payment will fund one Promotion Participant s share for one draw. Players are able to open multiple syndicate subscriptions if they wish to do so. The subscription will continue indefinitely until one of the following events occur: (a) the Promotion Participant terminates their subscription in accordance with section VIII of these terms; (b) mylotto24 removes this product from its portfolio; or (c) the EuroMillions Hunter wins the Class 1 Jackpot (as described in the General Terms).

3 3. Each Syndicate has [50] shares. The portion due to the Promotion Participant of any Prize resulting from Winning Lottery Tickets purchased on behalf of a Syndicate ( Syndicate Prize ) will therefore be divisible by [50] after any applicable tax or administration charges. For each Syndicate, mylotto24 buys [165] lines of EuroMillions for every draw. VIII. Cancellation 1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Cancel button included in the details section of the ticket under My bet slips. Upon cancellation your subscription will continue to run for the duration that you have paid, and will then not be renewed, unless you explicitly request otherwise. 2. To ensure the following draw s subscription is not charged, you will need to cancel before the next draw takes place. For the avoidance of doubt, unless you cancel your Syndicate membership before the next draw takes place, your membership will continue for the next draw and your subscription fee will be automatically taken for this next draw at the full price. When you join a mylotto24.co.uk Syndicate, you are providing us with the right to continue to charge by way of an on-going recurring periodic subscription Entry Fee for the specific type of Syndicate you have opted to join. IX. Our relationship with providers of lottery services 1. EuroMillions is the trademark of Services aux Loteriesen Europe. The Company is not connected with Services aux Loteriesen Europe. 2. We are not connected to or approved by any of the companies, organisations, or any other bodies that are related to any Game that are used in any Syndicates. The Company is an entirely independent operation and any resemblance to actual lottery companies or operators of draw based games is purely coincidental. 3. The potential for the above relationship to change exists should the Company chose to apply to any of the above corporate bodies to be either an affiliate or a retailer, or becomes associated in any other way. X. Withdrawals of winnings 1. Where there is a Syndicate win, Ventura24 S.L. will collect the Winnings on behalf of mylotto24 and then transfer the winnings to mylotto24. Following this process, mylotto24 shall pay out the winnings to the Promotion Participants of the winning Syndicate. This procedure will be the same as is applied to withdrawal of Winnings in the General Terms (section 7). XI. Warranty and Disclaimers 1. mylotto24 Ltd does not guarantee that a lottery operator will perform (including properly) any lottery draw, honour a lottery ticket and/or, pay applicable prizes, and you agree that mylotto24 Ltd will not be responsible for the failure of any lottery operator in connection with any of the foregoing activities. In no event will mylotto24 Ltd be required or liable to pay you any prize, or amount equal to the prize, in the event that a lottery operator fails to do so for any reason.

In the event that mylotto24 Ltd, having exhausted all reasonable efforts, is unable to obtain said winnings for whatever cause or reason, mylotto24 Ltd does not accept liability whatsoever from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or expenses, as far as is permitted by law. 3. mylotto24 Ltd shall not be liable for any lost lottery ticket or failure to lodge a form or purchase a lottery ticket, or for any clerical errors that may be included in a lottery ticket, whether such failure or error arises from our, or one of our service provider's systems, or from our, or one of our service provider's, human error. 4. You acknowledge that content regarding a lottery draw, including the official results of any lottery draw is based on information that we obtain from lottery operators and such content may be incorrect, incomplete, and subject to change. We do not warrant, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this information and you agree to verify this information via the website or official publications of the relevant lottery operator. 5. We do not make any representation or warranty regarding your chance of obtaining winning numbers or of being entitled to a prize. 6. mylotto24 Ltd is not a lottery operator and does not hold or provide lottery draws. Your participation in each Game is voluntary and at your sole risk. If you have a dispute with a lottery operator or any other user or third party in connection with the site and/or a lottery draw (and any prize in connection thereto), you agree that mylotto24 Ltd is not liable for any claims or damages arising out of or connected with such a dispute. mylotto24 Ltd reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor any such dispute. 7. The Syndicate section of the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. mylotto24 hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law including but not limited to implied warranties of non-infringement, and those arising by statute or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. 8. mylotto24 Ltd does not guarantee that the site will be free of bugs, security breaches, or virus attacks. The Site may occasionally be unavailable for routine maintenance, upgrading, or other reasons. You agree that mylotto24 Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequences to you or any third party that may result from technical problems of the internet, slow connections, traffic congestion, overload of our or other servers, delay or failure in transmission, or any alteration or distortion of data. 9. We do not warrant, endorse or guarantee any content, product, or service that is featured or advertised on the Site by a third party. XII. Force Majeure 1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of its obligations to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any cause beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, fire, flood, strikes, lock-outs, hardware, software or telecommunications failure or any government action. 2. The Company shall be entitled, without any liability on its part, to alter, suspend or terminate any of its Services on the Website or otherwise to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. XIII. Changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use

5 1. Any information provided by the Company in or on the Website is updated by the Company from time to time and may not, therefore, at all times be current. The Promotion Participant should use proper skill and care in the use of such information, including the checking of such information against other sources where appropriate, and is wholly responsible for any expenditure made based upon such information. 2. The Company may amend, modify or supplement all terms and conditions on the Website at any time by posting the amended, modified or supplemented terms on the Website. Such amended, modified or supplemented terms shall be automatically effective immediately after being posted on the Website. The foregoing shall not affect any transactions which are in progress as of the date and time of such amendment, modification or supplementing, which transactions shall continue to be governed by the previous terms and conditions. XIV. Choice of Law 1. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. 2. The Company and the Player irrevocably agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under or in connection with these terms and conditions, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English Courts although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
