1 Distribution of auction premiums on the North to South link and the VIP Pirineos from October 1 st 2017 to September 30 th 2018 Communication of the unitary amounts Following the deliberation of CRE dated December 15 th 2016 regarding the evolution of the tariffs for the use of natural gas transmission networks as of 1 st April 2017, GRTgaz publishes: the final unitary amounts for the distribution of the auction premiums and redistribution differentials for the VIP Pirineos and for the North to South link capacities from October 1 st 2017 to September 30 th 2018 for shippers delivering end customers in the TRS zone, and the final unitary amounts for the distribution of the auction premiums for the South to North link and the interconnection points in the GRTgaz North zone. These unitary amounts will be used for the calculation of the amounts distributed from February 2018 (distribution for the quarter from October 1st to December 31st 2017, with the January 2018 invoice). Consumptions within GRTgaz South and TIGF zones Within the GRTgaz South zone, the observed consumption (except PIRR) in 2016 is 134,134 TWh 0 C (B). Within the TIGF zone, the observed consumption in 2016 is 27,835 TWh 0 C (C). Given: c. Volumes excluded from distribution in relation with allocated capacities during Phase 1 for gas intensive customers - the results of the phase 1 for gas intensive customers for the period October 1st 2014 to September 30th 2018, during which 40 GWh/d of firm capacity and 23 GWh/d of interruptible capacity have been allocated for these sites; - the restitutions from April 1 st 2016 and October 1 st 2016 respectively of 0,980 GWh/d and 0,757 GWh/d of exceeding, in accordance with the deliberation of CRE dated February 3 rd 2016; - the observed consumption in 2016 for those sites located in the GRTgaz South and TIGF zones; - and the average delivery capacity for those sites in 2012 and GRTgaz calculates a volume of 11,170 TWh 0 C (D), to be excluded from the distribution, of which 0,76 TWh 0 C for the TIGF zone and 10,41 TWh 0 C for the GRTgaz South zone. d. Calculation of the unitary amount and distribution of the premium According to the deliberation of CRE, the unitary amount for the distribution of the yearly auction premium is defined as A/(B+C-D), amounting to 0,1694 /MWh 0 C.
