1 PRIZEPLAY SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES / CONSUMER DISCLOSURE No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase and Non-Purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The PrizePlay Second Chance Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) begins on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ( EDT ) and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, July 16, 2018 (the Sweepstakes Period ). The Sweepstakes includes Daily, Weekly and Top Prize drawings/prize opportunities. There will be one drawing each weekday (Monday-Friday) to award one (1) Daily prize. Drawings for the Daily prize will be conducted each day following the previous day s entry period. For example, if you entered between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 31, your entry will be part of the June 1 drawing. Weekend entries will all be part of each Monday s drawing. Once an eligible entry is made IT WILL NOT be carried forward to any remaining Daily drawings (if any remain). To enter each Daily drawing, you must enter a minimum of one time each day. Drawings for the Weekly prize will be conducted each Monday to award one (1) weekly prize. Drawing for the Top prize will be conducted on Tuesday July 17, Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of LOTTERY REWARDS, INC, owners of PrizePlay.com, 5 Third St. Suite 300 Troy NY (the Sponsor and Administrator ), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, participating retail stores, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, and any and all other companies associated with the promotion agents (collectively, the Promotion Entities ), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Administrator s database clock will be the timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law or regulation. 3. HOW TO ENTER: NOTE: If you opt to access the Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device, data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.

2 1. DAILY PRIZE. There are two (2) ways to enter to receive the Daily prize: (i) (ii) ONLINE SERIAL NUMBER: Users may visit log in to your free PrizePlay account and enter the serial numbers on any lottery ticket to earn one entry in to the Sweepstakes. Each unique serial number equals one entry in to the Sweepstakes. Once you submit an eligible serial number your entry will receive a randomly generated computer point award (1 to 50) based on the point chart below. You may enter as often as you like. The point awarded is associated with the prize won should your entry be selected as the Top Prize winning entry as detailed below. MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without consideration via mail-in entry, print your full name, complete address, age, telephone number and the phrase PrizePlay Daily Drawing on a piece of paper and mail in a #10 envelope to: "PrizePlay Second Chance Drawing Sweepstakes", 5 Third St. Suite 300 Troy NY LIMIT: One mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries will be entered the Daily drawing based on the date of receipt. All entries received for the Daily prize drawing will be carried forward and automatically entered into the Top Prize drawing as well (see below). 2. WEEKLY PRIZE. There are two ways to enter to receive the Weekly prize: (i) IN STORE ENTRY: Deposit any non-winning lottery ticket, free entry form or 3 by 5 slip of paper, each marked with the name, cell phone number or address of the entrant, into the Second Chance Sweepstakes entry receptacles found at any participating Stewarts Shops. (ii) MAIL IN ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without consideration via mail-in entry, print your full name, complete address, age, telephone number and the phrase PrizePlay Weekly Drawing on a piece of paper and mail in a #10 envelope to: "PrizePlay Weekly Second Chance Drawing Sweepstakes", 5 Third St. Suite 300 Troy NY LIMIT: One mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries will be entered the into Weekly drawing based on the date of receipt. All entries received for the Weekly prize drawing will be carried forward and automatically entered into the Top Prize drawing as well (see below). 3. TOP PRIZE: All entries received for the Daily and Weekly prize drawings will be carried forward and automatically entered into the Top Prize drawing. NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant only. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a

3 dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. 4. PRIZES/ODDS: Only the prize listed below will be awarded in the Sweepstakes drawing. Odds of winning the Daily and Weekly prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Top Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the random computer generated points assigned to an entry respectively. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Conduct of the Sweepstakes and the drawings are under the supervision of the Administrator. Each prize winner will be notified by phone and/or by or mail or express mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by any potential prize winner for any reason. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner may be selected.

4 Sweepstakes wins of less than $50 are delivered instantly via an internal promotional currency, called Winnings and depicted and recorded as such in your PrizePlay account history. Winnings are automatically credited to your PrizePlay account upon notification of a win. This internal currency may be redeemed and used instantly to access additional PrizePlay coin currency for casual/social game play on the site. You alternately may choose to convert this internal currency into an equal payment, paid by PayPal or check in US dollars ($), via the Redeem Winnings process on your account page. PrizePlay Winnings which have not been redeemed for either additional Coin currency for casual/social play on site or redeemed and converted into US dollars within 120 days of award may be deemed to have expired. Sweepstakes wins via free, alternate means of entry (e.g. mail-in) will be paid in check in US dollars ($), the participant winner having consented, by virtue of utilizing the mail-in entry, to automatically convert the internal currency to $US. Wins depicted in the form of PrizePlay coins are delivered instantly to your account and may be used for social/casual game play. Coins have no $US conversion value. Sweepstakes wins via free, alternate means of entry (e.g. mail in) will be paid in check in US dollars ($), the participant winner having consented, by virtue of utilizing the mail in entry, to automatically convert the internal currency to $US. 6. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: Prize winners with a prize value of $600 or more will be required to complete a form 1099 Tax Payers request for Identification, execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release form (collectively, Prize Claim Documents ). Prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, the reporting consequences thereof and all other costs incurred in claiming the prize. Entrants agree that Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrants acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, to such prize s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor makes no warranties, and disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of any prize constitutes prize winner s permission for the Promotion Entities to use prize winner s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and complete address (collectively, the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further

5 compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Promotion Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes. 8. DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due submissions or prize notifications. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor s control (each a Force Majeure event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more potential bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 9. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards

6 for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. 10. By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. 11. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or intercept or interfere with the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue any and all remedies available, to the fullest extent of the law. The delay or failure of Sponsor to enforce any particular provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. The Promotion Entities and their respective directors, officers, governors, partners, members, employees, agents, their affiliated companies, representatives, or promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winners against any claims, injuries, including, without limitation, death, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. 12.
