[A Non-Profit Educational Organization Managed by Scientists, for the Education of Scientists, IRS 501(c)(3)] 55th Annual International Symposium & Exposition on Analytical Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Microchemistry and Microscopy Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center, and DoubleTree Hotel Somerset, Somerset, New Jersey USA November 14-16, EXPOSITION, Monday and Wednesday 9am-4pm, Tuesday 9am-5:30pm Contract No.NO. Contract/Agreement for Exposition Space Rental Made this day of, by and between EASTERN ANALYTICAL SYMPOSIUM, INC., an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization (henceforth referred to as EAS 16 ), AND (Please enter the Company Name and Date on which you sent in the Application for Exhibit Space) (henceforth referred to as The EXHIBITOR ). WHEREAS, EAS 16 will sponsor a Symposium of papers by outstanding authorities in the fields of Analytical Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Microchemistry and Microscopy from November 14 to November 16, 2016, in the Municipality of Somerset, New Jersey, USA, at The DoubleTree Hotel Somerset, for the education of all persons in attendance, thus advancing the base of technical knowledge in the scientific community; and, in connection therewith, will conduct an Exposition of State-of-the Art instrumentation, chemicals, computer peripherals, and all other materials utilized in all applications of the sciences of Analytical Chemistry, Applied Spectroscopy, Microchemistry and Microscopy in the adjoining Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center; and, WHEREAS the EXHIBITOR desires to exhibit equipment and/or materials at the EAS 16 Exposition, November 14, 15, 16, 2016; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. EAS 16 will make available for rental to the EXHIBITOR for the 2016 Exposition the following space in The Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center (Floorplan on Page 8 and on Application), Booth No.(s) and Seminar Room Rental Day(s): (Please enter the booth location assignment agreed on and/or seminar-room rental days.) A DEPOSIT of at least 50% of the rental fee for each 10 feet of booth frontage reserved (at least 50% of the rental fee for each seminar room reserved) must be tendered within 14 days of receipt of the Application for Exhibit Space. The DEPOSIT applies to the total rental fee, but is non-refundable in the event the EXHIBITOR does not participate in the exposition of EAS 16. (See space rental fees on Page 2 of this AGREEMENT, and Floorplan on Page 8 of this AGREEMENT). To RESERVE (RENT/HOLD) the space indicated, Application for Exhibit Space must be received by the EAS 16 Exposition, by or snail-mail. To reserve/hold the same space the Exhibitor occupied at EAS 15, Application is due by February 1, SCHEDULE for Deposit and Payment is: a. Minimum of 50% of space rental fee (Deposit) is Due within 14 days of receipt of the Application for Exhibit Space. b. Balance of space rental fee, if unpaid, is DUE before May 1, c. After May 1, 2016, Total Payment is DUE within 14 days of receipt of the Application for Exhibit Space. A REFUND POLICY has been established that recognizes losses to EAS 16 for cancellations after this CONTRACT has been executed. EXHIBITOR agrees to this REFUND SCHEDULE applying if EXHIBITOR cancels the CONTRACT. % REFUND of payments (minus Deposit) may be obtained if cancellation is received by these dates: a. 100% by April 1, 2016 b. 50% by May 1, 2016 c. 25% by June 1, 2016 d. NONE after June 1, 2016 All cancellations shall be in writing. The date upon which the cancellation notice is received by EAS 16 shall apply as the official date of cancellation. Upon notification of cancellation, EAS 16 has the right to resell the space vacated. EXHIBITORS who have cancelled have lost all rights to cancellation penalty fees. To return as a participating EXHIBITOR, all financial and contractual arrangements must start from new applications. To increase exhibit space retained, contact the Exposition Director.

The EXHIBITOR shall pay to EAS 16: $1, for each Aisle Interior Booth, $2, for each Aisle Corner Booth, and $1,350.00/day or $ /half day for each Seminar Room rented for the time advertised as EAS 16 Show Hours [booth location(s) and Seminar Room location shown on the Floorplan on Page 8 of this AGREEMENT], according to the payment schedule on Page 1 of this AGREEMENT. All booths are 10 x 10 - Seminar Rooms are 24 x 33. Make checks payable to, 2016 Eastern Analytical Symposium, Inc., or, EAS 16, in U.S. Funds. Exhibitors from outside of the United States must submit checks in U.S. Funds. EAS 16 will provide facilities and services to the EXHIBITOR, for the rental fee, the boothspace in 10 x 10 units, in accordance with the provisions herein set forth, including but not limited to: each boothspace will be equipped with 8 -high backwall draping and 36 -high siderail draping, if required; however, EAS 16 shall not be liable or in any way responsible for any property of the EXHIBITOR for any reason whatsoever. Each EXHIBITOR will be offered an EAS Conferee Registration List after EAS 16. Further, each EAS 16 Exhibitor will be offered an opportunity to be listed on the EAS Online Exposition located on the EAS Webpage ( EAS will provide a link to the EAS 16 Exhibitor Webpage if the Exhibitor likewise provides a link from its Webpage to the EAS 16 Webpage. 3. Cancellation: Subject only to the conditions for refund set forth in Section One, EAS 16 shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the cancellation of the Symposium and Exposition for any reason at any time. The EXHIBITOR hereby assumes the risk of damages and injuries to business or property, including any party claiming under or through the EXHIBITOR. EAS 16 reserves the right to change the location of the Exposition to other localities or premises. In such event, notice will be given to EXHIBITORS, and EXHIBITOR waives rights to all damages, expenses, losses or claims of any nature arising out of such change of location. EAS 16 reserves the right to assign or reassign boothspace location at the sole discretion of EAS Access to the Exposition: The EXHIBITOR shall have access to his rented boothspace or seminar room 1/2 hour before the exposition opens to the Conferees, only in order to prepare his space and equipment for the arrival of Conferees. After the exposition closes for the day, only those EXHIBITORS with prior written approval of EAS 16 may remain in their booth areas on the Exposition Floor. Unethical conduct or infraction of EAS 16 rules on the part of any EXHIBITOR representative will subject the EXHIBITOR or representative(s) to dismissal from the exposition area. This determination will be vested solely in the discretion of EAS 16. In which event, it is agreed that no refund will be made, and further that no demand for redress shall be made by the EXHIBITOR or representatives. (Unethical conduct includes examining other Exhibitors exhibits during Show-Closed Hours, or exchanging EAS Exhibitor Badges between EXHIBITOR personnel to avoid over-quota registration charges.) 5. Use of Exhibit Space: The EXHIBITOR shall use the space made available by EAS 16 during the Symposium in the exposition areas of the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center and in no other space to exhibit equipment and/or materials manufactured, licensed, distributed, and/or sold by the EXHIBITOR. No EXHIBITOR shall sublet or share the said space with any other person or party not holding an EAS 16 Contract without permission of the Exposition Director, or use any space for exhibiting or seminar purposes outside of the exposition areas during show hours or at any other time during EAS 16 Symposium & Exposition Week. If the EXHIBITOR violates any provision of this paragraph, EAS 16 may, at its sole option, remove the equipment and/or materials demonstrated by the EXHIBITOR, and the EXHIBITOR shall pay the reasonable costs of removal, without liability on the part of EAS 16 for any damage, loss or expense of any sort whatsoever incurred by the EXHIBITOR as a result of the removal. 6. Booth Display Regulations (These regulations were promulgated to preserve the Conferees line-of-sight into all EXHIBITOR booths, and will be strictly enforced): Booths have a standard width (frontage) of 10 feet and a nominal depth of 10 feet. (See Floorplan on Page 8 of this AGREEMENT). The EXHIBITOR shall confine his display to the established boundaries of his booth(s) area. In the rear four (4) feet of each booth, no part of the booth may exceed 8 feet 3 inches of height above the building floor, except for the booths on the Perimeter of the Exposition, which have a height limitation of twelve (12) feet in height. In the five (5) feet in the front of the booth, no part of the booth display may exceed four (4) feet in height. These regulations include equipment, instruments, lighting fixtures, decorations, foliage, exhibit backgrounds - anything EXHIBITOR may use as part of the booth setup. The standard-booth, perimeter-wall-booth and other multiple-booth regulations, are defined, with accompanying sketches, on Pages 6 & 7 of this AGREEMENT. (The EAS 16 Souvenir/Gifts Booth is exempt from the 4-foot height limitation to allow for the see-through header counters advertising, Souvenir and Gifts. The Souvenir Booth is located to help draw Conferee traffic to that area.) 7. Obstruction of Line-of-Sight: Any display or conduct by an EXHIBITOR which unnecessarily obstructs neighboring booths or interferes with the complete openness of the aisles will not be permitted. EAS 16 reserves the right to force rearrangement or removal of any exhibit which, in its sole discretion, does not comply with EAS 16 regulations, or to remove any personnel or exhibit for conduct which violates EAS 16 regulations. EAS 16 reserves the right to assign, or reassign, all EXHIBITORS to booth space in the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center, and to regulate the booth use, design and appearance, at the sole discretion of EAS Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center Maintenance: EXHIBITOR shall not injure, mar, mark, paint or in any manner deface the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center; or use nails, hooks, pins, screws, or Scotch/masking/any adhesive tape on the building in connection with his exhibit. EXHIBITOR shall be responsible for any and all reasonable costs to be paid to the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center to restore any damage to the premises herein leased, caused by the EXHIBITOR S personnel or employees. 9. Permits, Laws, and Regulations: The EXHIBITOR shall obtain from public authorities all permits and other authorization required in connection with the exhibit or other activities of the EXHIBITOR. The EXHIBITOR shall duly and punctually observe and comply with all currently effective laws, rules, requirements, orders, directions, ordinances, and regulations of (a) The Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center, The Municipality of Somerset, The Township of Franklin, The State of New Jersey and the United States of America, (b) any department, bureau, or agency thereof; (c) The Board of Fire Underwriters; (d) any other board or organization exercising similar functions or powers concerning the exhibit or activities of the EXHIBITOR; or (e) any union contracts governing the services with respect to the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center.

3 CONTRACT/AGREEMENT - Page Indemnification: EAS 16, its agents, officers, directors, and employees shall not be responsible or liable to the EXHIBITOR for any loss, damage or injury resulting from any act, failure to act, neglect or wrongdoing of any person, resulting from the use of the premises and related activities by, or resulting from any property brought into the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center by the EXHIBITOR, the EXHIBITOR S employees or the EXHIBITOR S guests or invitees in or near the EXHIBITOR S booth or seminar room, from any cause whatsoever prior, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this AGREEMENT. The EXHIBITOR shall defend, hold and save harmless and shall indemnify EAS 16, its officers, agents, and employees thereof, as their interest may appear from and against any and all claims, judgements, suits, investigations and liability from any loss, damage or injury. The EXHIBITOR assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center at Somerset County, NJ, Summit GS Acquisition LLC, 50 Atrium Drive (hereinafter referred to as The GSECC Group ), and its employees and agents, and the Eastern Analytical Symposium, Inc., and its employees and agents, harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney s fees arising out of or caused by EXHIBITOR S installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any liability caused by the sole negligence of The GSECC Group, its employees and agents. In addition, EXHIBITOR acknowledges that the Eastern Analytical Symposium, Inc., and the GSECC Group do not maintain insurance coverage covering EXHIBITOR S property, and it is the sole responsibility of the EXHIBITOR to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the EXHIBITOR. 11. The EXHIBITOR covenants and agrees that it will protect, save and keep EAS 16 forever harmless and indemnified against and from, (1) any penalty, damage or charges, including reasonable attorney s fees, imposed for violations of any law or ordinance occasioned by the act or neglect of EXHIBITOR or those holding under EXHIBITOR, (2) all claims, loss, liability, judgement, cost, damage or expense, including all reasonable attorney s fees arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence causing injury or death to any person or damage to any property on or about the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center occasioned by any act, omission or negligence of EXHIBITOR, its employees, representatives, agents and those persons attending EAS 16 at the specific request or invitation of the EXHIBITOR, and (3) all claims, loss, liability, judgement, cost, damage or expense, including reasonable attorney s fees, arising out of or occasioned by any failure of EXHIBITOR to comply with and perform all the requirements and provisions of this AGREEMENT. 12. Security and Insurance: Security personnel will be provided on the perimeter of the exhibit areas for the entire time that EAS 16 occupies that area; however, EAS 16 does not warrant or guarantee their presence, and this shall not in any way be deemed to create a duty or impose any obligation on EAS 16 to safeguard the EXHIBITOR S property or personnel. Each EXHIBITOR shall obtain a blanket rider (portal to portal, or other extraterritorial insurance) on his insurance policy to protect his property, personnel and visitors during the exhibit, and in transit to and from the exhibit, against loss of any kind including, but not limited to, fire, damage or theft. Liability Insurance Required of EXHIBITOR: The GSECC Group liability insurance does not cover EXHIBITOR S property, personnel or visitors against loss, damage or injury. Minimum liability insurance coverage required of each Exhibitor is $1,000,000. Personal Injury (PI) and $1,000,000. Property Damage (PD), each occurrence. Each EXHIBITOR shall supply to EAS 16 a Certificate of Insurance, certifying the liability insurance coverage mandated directly above. This insurance must certify that it is the primary coverage for all risks. Liability Insurance Required of EXHIBITOR-Appointed Contractors: Additionally, each EXHIBITOR shall require a Proof of Insurance certificate, certifying the liability coverage mandated above, from all its EXHIBITOR-appointed contractors (EACs), if any, especially including installation-and-dismantling companies. Minimum liability insurance coverage required is $1,000,000. Personal Injury and $1,000,000. Property Damage for each occurrence. EXHIBITOR is responsible for having its EACs provide this Proof to the EAS 16 Exposition Director and to Barton Exposition (Barton), the EAS-appointed Decorator, prior to EAS Booth Setup: The EXHIBITOR must be present by 10:00 AM, Sunday, November 13, 2016, to authorize setup of his Booth, if he has contracted for labor. EXHIBITOR will have access to the Exposition Floor for Booth setup from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday, November 13, Setup must be completed on Sunday, November 13, NO setup will be allowed on Monday, November 14, 2016, prior to the 9:00 AM Opening. 14. The EXHIBITOR understands and agrees that EXHIBITOR, EXHIBITOR S agents, employees and those persons attending EAS 16 at the specific request of EXHIBITOR who may at any time may be in, on or about the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center exhibit area do so at their own risk, and EAS 16 shall not be liable for any injury to or death of such person or persons. EXHIBITOR covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold EAS 16 harmless from any injury to or death of EXHIBITOR, EXHIBITOR S agents, employees or those persons attending EAS 16 at the specific request or invitation of EXHIBITOR resulting from or arising out of EXHIBITOR S use of the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center exposition area, except that attributable to the negligence or willful misconduct of EAS The EXHIBITOR agrees to use the EAS 16 Mailing List for EXHIBITOR S corporate use ONLY. It may not sell, trade, or give any mailing list obtained from EAS 16 to any other company, organization, or entity without prior permission from EAS The EXHIBITOR shall not in any way represent that any equipment or material is endorsed, or approved, in any way by EAS 16; nor shall EXHIBITOR use the EAS 16 logo, letterhead or artwork in any way except with prior written authorization by Eastern Analytical Symposium, Inc. 17. The EXHIBITOR agrees to hold EAS 16 and the GSECC Group (defined in Section 10), their agents and employees, harmless from all loss, cost, claims, causes of action, obligations, suits, damages, liability, expenses and costs, including reasonable attorney s fees, arising from or out of any violation or infringement by EXHIBITOR, EXHIBITOR S agents or employees of any patent, copyright or trade secret rights or privileges.

4 CONTRACT/AGREEMENT - Page This agreement shall not become effective until executed for EAS 16 by Sheree R. Gold, EAS Exposition Director. The laws of the State of New Jersey shall control the interpretation of this AGREEMENT. 19. The person executing this CONTRACT on behalf of the EXHIBITOR, by completing the Application for Exhibit Space warrants that he has the authority to do so, and that the EXHIBITOR is bound hereby. Return of the Application for Exhibit Space to EAS Exposition is a confirmation that the Exhibitor wishes to exhibit at EAS Further, this contract is legally binding when, by phone, fax, or request of the EXHIBITOR, exposition space is assigned to EXHIBITOR. 20. Attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth herein are ADDITIONS TO CONTRACT, by which EXHIBITOR agrees to be bound. The APPLICATION for EXHIBIT SPACE which you sent in represents the signature page of the Contract, and contains all of the same information asked for immediately above. 21. The EXHIBITOR agrees NOT to make any sales or enter into any contract of sale or any licensing agreement in the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center exposition area during EAS Use of Exhibit Space: EXHIBITOR shall reflect his company s highest standards in maintaining his booth during Show Hours. At least one booth representative must be present in the booth at all times during Show Hours. 23. Access to the Floor: EXHIBITOR shall have access to the exhibit floor 1/2 hour before the exhibit opens to the Conferees in order to prepare his booth. After the exhibit closes, only those EXHIBITORS with prior written approval of EAS 16 may remain on the exhibit floor for the time specified on the approval. Once the exhibit opens at 9:00 AM on Monday, November 14, 2016, nothing may be taken out of the exhibit areas until after the close of the exhibit, and then only with an authorized PROPERTY PASS obtained from the Exposition Director, who will be available in the Lobby Area of the Convention Center. NO Subletting of Space: EXHIBITOR shall NOT assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of his rented space without prior written approval of EAS The following practices are FORBIDDEN: a. Distribution of promotional material, samples, catalogs, pamphlets, or other publicity materials except in the EXHIBITOR S own booth area. b. Use of audio equipment except in seminar rooms. c. Use of noisy electrical or mechanical equipment. d. Wearing of unofficial badges - company nameplates, e.g., except in addition to the official EAS 16 badge. e. Entry into another EXHIBITOR S booth without permission of that EXHIBITOR. f. Demonstrations that create an interference with neighboring exhibits or with normal aisle traffic flow. g. Smoking within the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center. 25. Technical Program Hours: The Technical Program will begin on Monday, November 14, 2016, at 9:00 AM, and continue through Wednesday, November 16, 2016, until 4:00 PM.

5 CONTRACT/AGREEMENT - Page Exposition Hours: The Exposition will open at 9:00 AM, Monday, November 14, 2016, and will Close at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, Exposition Hours: Monday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM 27. Display INSTALLATION: Display installation will be permitted starting at 8:00 AM, Sunday, November 13, 2016, and must be completed by 7:00 PM, Sunday, November 13, These Setup hours apply to those Exhibitors who work on the booth themselves; otherwise, refer to Barton requirements for ordering labor. NO setup will be allowed Monday morning before Show opening at 9:00 AM. 28. Display DISMANTLING: Display dismantling will commence at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, November 16, 2016, and proceed until about 10:00 PM. (Breakdown of exhibits before that time is not permitted.) All booths/equipment must be packed by 10:00 PM, Wednesday, November 16, You must advise your trucker to check in with the Barton Service Desk by 10:00 AM Thursday, November 17, 2016, or your freight may be re-assigned to another trucking firm. 29. Booth and Booth Equipment: For each boothspace rented (10-feet frontage), the EXHIBITOR will be provided on a complimentary basis with an 8-ft background drape, and 3-ft siderail divider drapes. 30. Complimentary Registrations: Four (4) EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL registrations will be provided for each 10-feet of boothspace rented. Additional Booth Personnel will be registered at a cost of $70 per person. These registrations admit Booth Personnel to all Symposium activities except Short Courses (which have additional registration fees). 31. All EXHIBITOR representatives must prominently wear the official EAS 16 registration badge at all times within the Exposition and Program areas of the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center and the Doubletree Hotel Somerset during EAS 16 Show Hours. 32. INVITED CUSTOMER VOUCHERS: EXHIBITORS will be provided with INVITED CUSTOMER VOUCHERS which they may distribute to their valued customers prior to EAS 16. These INVITED CUSTOMER VOUCHERS will be redeemable on-site at EAS 16 for Expo-Only registration badges. Each EXHIBITOR will be charged only for the number of VOUCHERS redeemed, at $ 50.00/each. In addition, each exhibitor will be provided with two (2) free Invited Customer Vouchers for use by prospective customers, per ten by ten booth. VOUCHERS are NOT redeemable for Exhibitor-Personnel registrations, Your Company s personnel, or personnel of Other Companies that exhibit at Other Shows like EAS. Vouchers are meant to be used only for scientist-customers. 33. Official Decorator/Drayage Contractor: Barton Exposition, 52 Forest Avenue, Paramus NJ, 07652, appointed by EAS 16, will be responsible for final floorplans, booth background, furniture and drayage. The use of other decorator or drayage contractors is not permitted except by arrangement with the Exposition Director and Barton. It is the EXHIBITOR S responsibility to inform both the EAS 16 Exposition Director, and the Official Decorator, Barton, that the EXHIBITOR will use its own Decorator contractor. The EXHIBITOR must assure that his EXHIBITOR-Appointed Contractor (EAC) furnishes EAS 16 a Certificate of Insurance (just as EAS requires of Barton). Please see Sections 10, 11, and 12 of this Agreement for details of Personal Injury and Property Damage Liability, and Exhibitor s Own-Property insurance coverage required. 34. Booth Equipment and Services: Barton, The Official Decorator, will provide the contracted EXHIBITORS an EXHIBITOR KIT in August, containing all information and rental order forms pertaining to the EAS 16 Exposition, such as: Audio-Visual Services Booths and Booth Equipment Computer Equipment, Rental by National MicroRentals (NMR) Computer Hookups, DSL (Order from Garden State E & CC) Cleaning Services (Order from Garden State E & CC) Display Installation Display Dismantling Electrical Service (Rental by Garden State E & CC) Florist Services The Exhibitor Kit will be available on August 1st, on the EAS website, Freight Scheduling Lead-Retrieval Machines, by CompuSystems, Inc. (CSI) Photography Services (NO Contractor Provided) Regulations for Flammables Shipping Instructions, Drayage, Storage Signs Telephones (Rental from Garden State E & CC) Utilities 35. Publicity - Registration - Housing - EXHIBITOR Hype of EAS 16: The Exposition Director will be in contact with the EXHIBITOR, by this approximate monthly schedule, to be sure that the EXHIBITOR: March (1) Marketing - Is aware of various Marketing Opportunities through advertising in EAS publications, participating in the EAS Technical Program, advertising on Souvenirs, and using the EAS mailing list. The EXHIBITOR, in designing and building his display, must allow free space for consultations within his booth area, and shall not use the aisle for this purpose. The EXHIBITOR must tend his booth area at all times during EAS 16 Show Hours.

6 CONTRACT/AGREEMENT - Page Booth Display Regulations: The following sketches and accompanying text describe the booth-display regulations referred to in Sections 6 & 7, Page 2, of this AGREEMENT: Height Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 8 3 (2.5m). STANDARD BOOTH Intent If a portion of an exhibit booth extends above 8 3 (2.5m) high, the exhibit booth background will detract from the overall impact of the exhibit directly behind that booth, regardless of how the rear of the offending exhibit booth is finished. Depth All display fixtures over 4-feet (1.22m) in height and placed within 10 lineal feet (3.05m) of an adjoining exhibit, must be confined to that area of the exhibitor s space which is at least 5 0 (1.52m) from the aisle line. Intent To maintain line-of-sight into neighboring exhibits by the attendees in the aisle. DISPLAY FIXTURES OVER 48 (1.22M) HIGH MUST BE CONFINED TO THE BACK HALF OF THE BOOTH 8*39 (2.5m) Max. Ht. Display fixtures over 4-feet high (1.22m) must be confined to that area of the booth that is at least 5 feet (1.52m) from the aisle line. 38. Booth Design Regulations - Multiple-Standard, Perimeter Wall, Peninsular, Island - Proper Use of Aisle: When an exhibit contains 3 or more booths (30 feet or more) along an aisle exhibit, the interior booths are permitted to contain display material over 4 feet in height - with a maximum of 8 feet 3 inches in height. The end booths of such an exhibit must conform to the Standard Booth Regulation of nothing higher than 4 feet in the front 5 feet of the booth. Perimeter Wall Booths may be 12 feet high in the rear of the Booth, but conform to the 5-feet-to-aisle rule. Peninsular and Island Booth specifications are as sketched. Multiple-Standard Booth Perimeter Wall Booth PENINSULAR BOOTH ISLAND BOOTH Perimeter wall booths may extend to a maximum of 12 high in the rear of the booth, but must also conform to the 5-feet to aisle rule in the front of the booth.

7 CONTRACT/AGREEMENT - Page 7 Intent Each Exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sightline from the aisle, regardless of the size of the exhibit. Exhibitors with larger space - 30 lineal feet (9.14m) or more - should also be able to effectively use as much of their rented total floor space as possible as long as they do not interfere with the rights of others. The limitation on display fixtures over 4-feet high (1.22m) and within 10 lineal feet (3.05m) of any neighboring exhibit is intended to accomplish both of these objectives. Displaying items in the front of the Booth, which causes a grouping of people in the aisle is prohibited - see diagrams to the right for proper/improper display design.
