1 Request for Proposal: Aircraft Potable Water Cart (30 gallon) Proposals Due: Friday August 28, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

2 The (GSP) is requesting proposals for one (1) new 30 gallon Aircraft Potable Water Cart. A description of mechanical requirements is enclosed for the submission. Vendors must submit a faxed or ed copy of their price proposal and related information by 5:00 p.m. on Friday August 28, The proposal shall arrive with the cover sheet or subject line clearly marked BID GSP Aircraft Potable Water Cart (30 gallon) and an indication of how many pages are included (if faxed). GSP reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities in the proposals, or to negotiate with potential vendors if and when, in GSP s sole discretion, GSP deems that to be in its best interest.

3 Technical Requirements Description: Configuration: Color: Options: 30 gallon potable water cart Towable or hand movable Unit may be stainless steel or must be painted a color approved by GSP. Winning bidder must supply operator and maintenance manuals. Terms Condition: Delivery: Warranty: Unit must be new. Delivery FOB must be included. Risk of loss will not pass to purchaser until accepted by purchaser at destination. A warranty of no less than 90 days covering parts and labor is required.

4 Proposal Contents Proposals should include the following information: 1. Proposed Sale Price for the Unit, including South Carolina state sales tax and all delivery charges (and any other related costs) to deliver the Unit to: 1900 GSP Dr. Ste. 2 Greer, SC Complete information on the Unit type, model, and other related documentation which support the technical specifications and terms set forth above; 3. Information pertaining to product features that would enhance safety, performance and/or serviceability; 4. Instructions on how to sanitize the unit in compliance with FDA/FAA requirements; 5. Copy of the proposed Warranty; and 6. Schedule for earliest possible delivery. Submission of Proposals In addition to the proposal submission requirements specified in the Request for Proposals, the following requirements apply to all proposals: 1. All proposals must be signed by a person with authority to sign on behalf of the bidder. 7. ed proposals should be in PDF format. 8. Any changes or erasures on the proposal shall be initialed by a person with authority to sign on behalf of the bidder. Award of Contract The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all of the technical specifications and terms as set forth in this RFP.

5 Terms and Conditions 1. GSP reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. Additionally, any and all RFP technical specifications, terms, requirements and schedules are subject to change and modification. GSP also reserves the unqualified right to modify, suspend, or terminate at its sole discretion any and all aspects of this RFP process, to obtain further information from any and all respondents, to waive any defects as to form or content of the RFP or any responses by any firm, and to negotiate with any proponent if and when, in GSP's discretion, GSP deems that to be in its best interest. 2. This RFP does not commit GSP to award a contract, to defray any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this request, or to procure or contract for equipment or services. All submitted RFPs become the property of GSP as public records. All proposals may be subject to public review, on request, unless exempted as discussed elsewhere in this RFP. 3. By accepting this RFP and/or submitting a proposal in response thereto, each proponent agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to hold GSP, the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, and all of their various agents, commissioners, directors, consultants, attorneys, officers and employees harmless from and against any and all claims and demands of whatever nature or type, which any such proponent, its representatives, agents, contractors, successors or assigns may have against any of them as a result of issuing this RFP, revising this RFP, conducting the selection process and subsequent negotiations, making a final recommendation, selecting a proponent or negotiating or executing an agreement incorporating the commitments of the selected proponent. 4. Proposals shall be open and valid for a period of 30 days from the date of their submission to GSP.
