1 Terms and Conditions for Citigold New Funds Top Up Promotion 1. By enrolling in this Citigold New Funds Top Up Promotion ( Promotion ), a customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 2. This Promotion is valid from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2016 ( Promotion Period ) and available only to Citigold Primary Customers (as defined below). The offer of this Promotion is subject to change at our sole discretion without notice. 3. This Promotion is not valid with other promotions, including any Citibank Welcome Programme, unless otherwise stated. 4. An injection of New Funds refers to (i) a net inflow of funds from outside Citi into a Citi account other than a cash management account, a Citi MaxiGain Savings account and a SGD time deposit account where such time deposit has an interest rate of one (1) per cent or higher or (ii) transfer of unit trusts, shares, bonds or structured notes (collectively, Securities ) from outside Citi into a Citi investment account. As such any transfer of funds or Securities between Citi accounts would not be considered as New Funds. 5. A transfer of funds between Citi accounts would be considered an outflow of funds, which include but is not limited to the following types of transactions: (i) payment of a Citi credit card bill from a Citi account; (ii) transfer of funds or Securities from a Citi account where a customer is a primary account holder to another Citi joint or related account of which the same customer is a secondary account holder; or (iii) transfer of funds or Securities from an account maintained with Citibank Singapore Limited to an account maintained with any other Citibank entity. 6. A Primary Customer refers to the main account holder of a Citi banking account or, as the case may be, the main credit cardmember of a Citi credit card. 7. To be eligible for this Promotion, a Primary Customer is required to: (i) enrol in this Promotion through his/her Personal Banker or Relationship Manager; (ii) have had a net inflow of funds into his/her Citi accounts in the three (3) months prior to enrolment in this Promotion. The amount of any funds outflow in the Primary Customer s accounts during this period will be deducted from the amount of New Funds for the purpose of this Promotion; (iii) effect the increase of New Funds (set out in the table in paragraph 9 below) within the first month of enrolment in this Promotion ( Enrolment Month ) and maintain this increase for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months thereafter ( Minimum Maintenance Period ); and

2 (iv) upgrade to a Citigold, or, as the case may be, relationship within the Enrolment Month and maintain this relationship status throughout the Minimum Maintenance Period. 8. A Primary Customer shall be eligible to receive only one (1) cash reward of either Option A or Option B, whichever is higher. Option A refers to the amount of cash reward set out in the column headed Option A of the table in paragraph 9 below corresponding to the total amount of New Funds brought in. Option B refers to the amount of cash reward set out in the column headed Option B of the table in paragraph 9 below corresponding to the amount of New Funds used to purchase Investments and/or Insurances. Investment means any non-cpf unit trust, bond, structured note with a minimum net sales charge of two (2) per cent or premium account with a minimum tenure of one (1) month. The purchase of an Investment for the purpose of this Promotion must be completed within the Enrolment Month. A customer s eligibility must be assessed before he/she may purchase any investment product. Insurance means any non-cpf life insurance plan distributed by Citi. Any Insurance must be incepted, where coverage under the life insurance plan come into effect, by the end of the month immediately following the Enrolment Month for the purpose of this Promotion.

You must maintain a Citi SGD transactional account with which the cash reward will be credited if you meet the relevant fulfillment requirements as described in these Terms and Conditions. 12. Limited to one (1) cash reward per Primary Customer. Citibank reserves the right to substitute the cash reward with a product or products of similar value without prior notice. 13. Corporate accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.

4 14. This Promotion is open to all Citibank Primary Customers other than those who are U.S. Persons. U.S. means the United States of America and a U.S. Person means any of the following: (i) a United States citizen; (ii) a United States resident; meaning: a. a green card holder, or b. an individual physically present in the U.S. for 31 days in the current calendar year and 183 days during the three (3) year period that includes the current year and the two (2) years immediately before that, counting: i. all the days present in the U.S. in the current year, ii. 1/3 of the days present in the U.S. in the first year before the current year, and iii. 1/6 of the days present in the U.S. in the second year before the current year; or c. an individual designated a resident for U.S. tax purposes; or d. an individual with a U.S. mailing address or U.S. telephone number; (iii) a corporation partnership or entity organised or existing under the laws of any state territory or possession of the U.S.; (iv) an estate or trust of which any executor, administrator or trustee is a U.S. Person; (v) an agency or branch of a foreign entity located in the U.S.; (vi) a discretionary or non-discretionary account held by a fiduciary for the benefit or account of a U.S. Person; (vii) a non-u.s. partnership, corporation or entity owned or controlled by a U.S. Person (ownership of 10% or more by a U.S. Person); or (viii) a partnership, corporation or entity with a U.S. mailing address or U.S telephone number. 15. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, amend, vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions for this Promotion from time to time without notice. 16. In the event of any inconsistency between any marketing brochure and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail insofar as it relates to this Promotion. 17.
