Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions customers can claim the cash back amount on the Motorola MILESTONE purchased between 26 th November 31 st December 2009 from expansys. Customers may claim cash back for a maximum of 1 device during the period of the promotion no earlier than 14 days after purchasing the product from expansys. Customer must be UK residents i.e the invoicing and delivery address for the Milestone order must be UK addresses. 2. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must print out and complete the claim form (see above) after purchasing the product from expansys, along with proof of purchase in the form of the seller s invoice or receipt to the address set out in the claim form. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The seller s invoice must clearly show the Motorola Milestone (expansys code: ) purchased, the purchase price of ex VAT and the date of purchase. Customers who have bought the Motorola Milestone with a T-mobile contract can also apply for cash back and will be approved if they comply with all the other terms and conditions. The participant must send in a working trade-in device. The cash back amount of 100 is the maximum that expansys UK will pay for a trade-in device. The amount paid for a trade-in device depends on the original value of the handset, the condition of the handset and the accessories included with the device. If claimants do not want to accept the valuation they can pay to have the trade-in device posted back to them and they will automatically disqualify from the cash back promotion. The participant must not send original receipts. expansys must receive the claim form within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customer claims for the cash back offer will not be validated until at least 14 days after the date the customer received their Milestone. 3. The promotion is valid in respect of Motorola Milestone devices purchased directly from expansys. Purchases direct from Motorola Milestone distribution partners or resellers are ineligible. The promotion is only valid for end user expansys UK customers; claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion. 4. The purchase of associated Motorola devices and accessories is optional and not required in order to participate in the promotion. 5. Once the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by from expansys stating whether or not the claim for cash back has been successful. It is the claimant s responsibility to contact expansys using the address above within fifteen days of their claim being sent if an acknowledgement has not been received. 6. Cheques will be made payable to the company name on the proof of purchase invoice supplied only. Cheques cannot be made out to individuals except where the product has been purchased for personal use and the claimant s name appears as the recipient on the proof of purchase invoice. 7. Allow 45 days for receipt of cash back cheque from acknowledgment of your successful claim. 8. Rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient. 9. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The promotion is open to private end users and business customers who purchase a promotional device on the UK site and not open to customers who purchase from other expansys worldwide stores. This offer is not open to employees of Motorola or expansys, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
