1 OFFICIAL RULES The Dremel Make Your Indian Motorcycle Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY, OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter or win, entrant must be 18 years of age or older and legal resident of and residing in the contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of Robert Bosch Tool Corporation ( Bosch and Sponsor ), Dremel, Polaris Industries Inc., ( Polaris ), GMR Marketing LLC ( GMR and Administrator ), and of each of their respective agencies, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively Released Parties ) and the immediate family (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as parents, spouses, siblings, children) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. HOW TO ENTER: The Dremel Make Your Indian Motorcycle Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will be open for entry between 9:00 a.m. Central Time ( CT ) on March 11, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2016 (the Sweepstakes Period ). There are two (2) ways to enter: (1) visit dremelmakeyourindianmotorcycle.com and complete the Official Online Entry Form during the Sweepstakes Period, to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes or (2) visit the Dremel display at participating events during event hours during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the Official Onsite Entry Form via the electronic entry method, including the required entry fields, and acceptance of Official Rules and Sponsor s Privacy Policy to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized account holder during the Sweepstakes Period. Subsequent or multiple entries from the same eligible individual will be automatically disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries will void all of that person s Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor, GMR, and their affiliates are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. DRAWING DEADLINES: The Sweepstakes will consist of ten (10) randomly selected drawings. Three (3) of which will be a Daily Drawings (each a Daily Drawing ); six (6) of which will be Monthly Drawings (each a Monthly Drawing(s) ); and one (1) of which will be the Grand Prize Drawing ( Grand Prize Drawing ). All Drawings will be open for entry starting 9:00 a.m. CT on March 11, 2016 and will close for entry at the times and dates listed below (each a Drawing Entry Period Deadline ). Entry must be submitted prior to a Drawing deadline to be eligible for that Drawing. Non-winning eligible entries will roll over to subsequent Drawings. 2 Daily Drawing 2 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 12, Daily Drawing 3 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 13, Monthly Drawing 1 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on April 30, Monthly Drawing 2 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on May 31, Monthly Drawing 3 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 30, Monthly Drawing 4 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, Monthly Drawing 5 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on August 30, Monthly Drawing 6 Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, Grand Prize Drawing Ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF DAILY, MONTHLY AND GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: The potential Daily Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the corresponding Daily Drawing Entry Period deadline in accordance with these Official Rules on Sponsor s behalf by GMR. The potential Daily Prize winners will be notified by GMR within one (1) business day following the random drawing via phone/ to the phone number/ address associated with each Daily Prize winner s Entry Form and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to verify eligibility, confirm mailing address, and accept prize. The potential Daily Drawing #2 Prize winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Mutually-Acceptable Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and the appropriate tax documents within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, or the Daily Drawing #2 Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any notification as undeliverable or if the potential Daily Prize winner does not respond within 48 hours of attempted notification with the required information, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a potential alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted, time permitting. The Prize will be shipped to the address provided during prize claim within four (4) to six (6) weeks following winner confirmation. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The potential Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Monthly Drawing Entry Period Deadline, within one (1) business day following the close of the Monthly Drawing Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules on Sponsor s behalf by GMR, an independent organization. The potential Monthly Prize winners will be notified via phone/ address to the phone number/ address associated with each Monthly Prize winner s Entry Form and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to verify eligibility, confirm mailing address, and accept prize. The potential Monthly Drawing #2 Prize winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Mutually-Acceptable Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and the appropriate tax documents

3 within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, or the Monthly Drawing #2 Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any notification as undeliverable or if the potential Monthly Prize winner does not respond within 48 hours of attempted notification with the required information, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a potential alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted, time permitting. The potential Grand Prize winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Mutually-Acceptable Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and the appropriate tax documents within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. Further proof or verification of identity and qualifications may be required along with a background and/or records check. Failure to oblige will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential Grand Prize winner for any of the following reasons: (a) non-compliance with these Official Rules; (b) in the event that a Grand Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or prize is declined; (c) information showing that the entry was defective or failed to comply with these Official Rules and randomly select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner, time permitting. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time period may, in the Sponsor s sole discretion, result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled approximately weeks following winner confirmation. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of Grand Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification of availability or prize will be forfeited. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, original winner will forfeit prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ( ARV ): Limit one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. One (1) Daily Drawing #1 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model, and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Daily Prize #1 is $89. One (1) Daily Drawing #2 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and one (1) Dremel Maker Artwork (Maker Artwork and all other aspects of the Maker Artwork is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Daily Prize #2 is $664. One (1) Daily Drawing #3 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model, and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Daily Prize #3 is $89.

4 One (1) Monthly Drawing #1 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool Prize Pack (Prize Pack items types, models, and all other aspects of the Prize Pack items are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #1 is $300. One (1) Monthly Drawing #2 Prize: One (1) Dremel 3D40 Idea Builder (Printer make, model, manufacturer and all other aspects of the Printer is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #2 is $1,299. One (1) Monthly Drawing #3 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model, and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #3 is $180. One (1) Monthly Drawing #4 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model, and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #4 is $180. One (1) Monthly Drawing #5 Prize: One (1) Dremel Tool (Tool type, model, and all other aspects of the Tool is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and one (1) Dremel Maker Artwork (Maker Artwork and all other aspects of the Maker Artwork is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #5 is $400. One (1) Monthly Drawing #6 Prize: One (1) Dremel Prize Pack (Prize Pack items types, models, and all other aspects of the Prize Pack items are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Monthly Prize #6 is 100. One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 2016 Indian Motorcycle (Make and model to be determined and the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and one (1) Maker Artwork (Maker Artwork and all other aspects of the Maker Artwork is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $16,599. Model and color to be selected solely by the Sponsor. Grand Prize motorcycle will be delivered in as is condition; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Motorcycle awarded to a California, Massachusetts, New York, or Vermont resident will include required emissions equipment, if applicable. Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize motorcycle at an Indian Motorcycle dealer or other location as designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize does not include any additional costs beyond delivery to the Indian Motorcycle dealer. All taxes, fees, surcharges and costs associated with the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must show evidence of insurance and a valid license to operate a motorcycle in order to accept delivery, or prize will not be awarded and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner is responsible for the costs of any vehicle options beyond the ARV as may be agreed to between winner and the Indian Motorcycle dealer or other location as designated by the Sponsor, at which vehicle will be delivered. The Grand Prize motorcycle will come with a standard factory warranty. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize are subject to Indian Motorcycle s warranty and terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to Indian Motorcycles for any warranty or guarantee claim. SPONSOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE QUALITY OF CONDITION OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Prizes consist only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent

5 is allowed except in Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. ARV is as of the time the Official Rules were printed, and the value of the prize may fluctuate. The winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IS $19,900. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner(s). Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor s sole discretion. Prize(s) consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the prize(s). Sponsor, in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes consent that each entrant s and Prize winner s name, image, likeness, voice, address (city and state), statement(s) about Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the Sweepstakes, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes (each a Force Majeure event), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right to select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to time of such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, cable, satellite, servers, network or Internet service provider (ISP), computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an account, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder account submitted at the time of the entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the address. ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be resolved by GMR and/or Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.
