NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2018 and ends on May 10, 2018 ( Sweepstakes Period ). DEFINITIONS: A. Best Seat in the House (aka iheart Radio VIP Suite) means the Sweepstakes Name. B. Channel 93.3 (the Station ) C. Contest Administrator, Sponsor, Company or Jerome s means Jerome s Furniture. D. Finalist or Selected Finalist means the eligible Sweepstakes entrant selected by the Contest Administrator on the designated drawing date. E. Released Parties means iheart Media, Jerome s Furniture, all Sweepstakes sponsors and prize donors, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, divisions, representatives, agents, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company s officers, directors, employees and agents. I. HOW TO ENTER: The method of entry is to visit any Jerome s Furniture store location during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each entrant must fully complete and submit all required registration information including their address, first name, last name, home phone number, city, state, showroom of entry and year of birth. By entering into this Sweepstakes, participants will agree to the Official Rules, available at all Jerome s store locations. Personal information will be used for marketing and promotional purposes and to contact the Selected Finalist regarding the prize. However, personal information will not be sold to third parties. EXCEPT FOR THE MEANS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, NO OTHERS MEANS OF ENTRY ARE PERMITTED. II. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older, and who reside within the participating Station s Total Market Area (TMA) (as determined by the Station or otherwise as defined by Arbitron, a radio research firm), all at the time of entry. Commonly, the TMA represents the total overall radio station's comprehensive listening market audience within a geographic area encompassing all industry defined media market areas. If you are not a legal resident of the United States, not located in the participating TMA, or you are not the required age as of time of entry, you are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or to win a prize. VOID in any location where prohibited or restricted by law. Odds of becoming a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. ALL SELECTED FINALISTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

2 III. IV. PRIZE / ODDS OF WINNING: Actual odds of winning are based upon the total number of entries. Prize is provided "as is." No prize substitutions will be permitted unless otherwise provided for herein. No exceptions. WINNER SELECTION: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Contest Administrator shall conduct a random drawing on the date noted above from all the eligible entries received as of the date of each drawing, to select one (1) Finalists to win the Grand Prize. In the event the Selected Finalist is determined or confirmed not meet the eligibility requirements or does not wish to participate in the Sweepstakes, then Jerome s reserves the right to randomly select and determine another Finalist winner (time permitting) from all eligible entries received. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested and must be received by the Website s administrator on or before the deadline for registration. Limit one (1) online entry per name and/or verified address unless otherwise stated in the specific contest rules. V. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION: A representative of Jerome s will attempt to contact the Selected Finalist via phone, , and/or text and will be required to respond to the notification within one (1) hour indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries received. If the entrant is unable to verify registration information the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. The Company reserves at its sole discretion the right to choose an alternative qualifier in the event that that a qualifier has been disqualified or is deemed ineligible. The Company is not responsible for any change of address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon placing of a phone call or sending of an or any other form of communication the Company may use to contact the qualifier and/or a potential winner. The Sponsor is not obligated to leave voice mail, answering machine or other message. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a qualifier or potential winners or for any late, misdirected, or if the qualifier or potential winner is a minor, for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of the entrant to provide signed parental or guardian consent. If the potential winner does not claim the prize within the appropriate time given upon notification or unless otherwise stated in the specific Official Contest Rules, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited, no alternative prize will be substituted. The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select an alternate qualifier and/or potential winner at that time. Furthermore eligible contestants agree as follows: All decisions of the judges will be final. By participating in any Sweepstakes, you agree (a) to be bound by the General Contesting Guidelines as well as the designated Official Contest Rules; (b) as between you, the Sponsor and the Station, that the decisions of the Station is final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (c) you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) in the event that you do not comply with the rules, you will be disqualified. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE COMPANY, SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, THE DECISIONS THE COMPANY, ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR(S) ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these general contesting guidelines and subject to the Official Rules of the specific contest. The potential winners will be notified by , phone or text. DELAYED, POSTPONED, AND CANCELLED CONCERT: In the event the event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, the grand prize will carry forward to the rescheduled date of that concert, if any. In the event the concert is cancelled or postponed and is not rescheduled, then there will be no Sweepstakes entry and no prize will be awarded. TAMPERING AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMER: a) The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who The Company determines (in its sole discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with The Company s Website and/or any part of the Sweepstakes; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or The Company s Agents; and/or (iv) otherwise violating the Sweepstakes Official Rules or the Terms of Use of The Company s Website. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter or evaluate repeatedly is prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on an address, the entry in question may be disqualified. For all contests the Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant s or any other person s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. If a contest is a call in to win contest and/or a telephone is needed to participate in the Sweepstakes, participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the Caller ID block function will not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the Sweepstakes. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc.) may experience call connection problems. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company s control, or otherwise. Any entry forms in a register-to-win contest must be handwritten. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of any entry forms are not permitted. By participating in a contest in which text message-based entry is permitted, entrants acknowledge that text messages are distributed and delivered through third party providers; the Stations do not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Not all wireless carries support access to a common short code (CSC). The CSC being used to enter a contest may or may not be compatible with all wireless carriers, and as such, you may not be able to enter through the CSC method of entry. Entrants may use the alternative entry method to ensure registration. The Station will at all times consider the time that a message is logged as arriving in its system as being the time of entry, regardless of the time at which the entrant attempted to send the entry and any technical problems or other complications that may have delayed its delivery. The Station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if, in the sole discretion of the Station, it is impossible or impractical to complete the contest as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. The Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if that entry's source and sender cannot be reasonably determined. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes by Company, Company reserves the right to award any prize(s) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Company. In no event will the type and quantity of prizes awarded exceed the number of prizes described in the Official Contest Rules. VIII. IX. PUBLICITY: Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with the specific promotion and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in a Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may use such information for marketing purposes, and may include the names of winners in a publicly available winners list. On occasion participant may have the opportunity to opt-in with carefully selected third parties such as the promotional partners, who may offer you products and services of interest with your expressed consent. In the event that participant has agreed to any available opt in opportunities provided from a third party, that may or may not be associated with the Sweepstakes, participant understands and acknowledges that information (including participant s personally identifiable information) provided will be collected independently by iheartmedia (the Company) and the third party providing the opt in opportunity and individually be used by both companies subject to the terms of their respective privacy policies. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and consent to opt-in will not improve your chances of winning. Approximate retail value per winner: $1, The Selected Finalist must accept delivery of prizes from the Contest Administrator as instructed. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable at any level and are not assignable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed, except in Contest Administrators or Sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Contest Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is date specific and the winner must be available on the date specified. If the winner is not available on the specified date, winner will be disqualified and the Company reserves the right to choose an alternative prize winner. For certain prizes which are date specific such as event or concert tickets, the Company is not responsible for the cancellation or rescheduling of any event and no substitution or compensation shall be awarded. Company reserves the right to not award the grand prize associated with that canceled event or concert, without any payment or obligation to the winner or potential winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible or is disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award the prize, at its sole discretion. In the event the prize requires travel, travel expenses not mentioned or not included are the sole responsibility of the Finalist. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Finalist. Trips are non-refundable. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize should become unavailable for any reason. NO PRIZE OR CASH SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AT ANY LEVEL AND ARE NOT ASSIGNABLE. Each entrant in the Sweepstakes understands and accepts that the depiction of a prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize to be delivered to the Finalist. By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a Finalist, such entrant will sign a release and waiver of liability and a publicity release and authorization form. Prizes that are not claimed as instructed by Jerome s following the drawing WILL be forfeited and WILL be awarded to another entrant if: (i) the Selected Finalist does not execute the proper forms of documentation by said deadline, (ii) the Selected Finalist is not eligible in accordance with the Official Rules, (iii) the Official Rules are violated, or (iv) Sweepstakes is cancelled or not held. Prize may be claimed during normal business hours at Jerome s Furniture located at Mesamint St. San Diego, CA or at such other reasonable location, date and time as specified by Jerome s. Jerome s shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of a prize to a Finalist, although each will use its commercially reasonable efforts to arrange delivery. A Finalist shall bare all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered to the Finalist. Finalist must show original and acceptable valid identification documentation to Jerome s, or its designees before receiving the prize. XIII. CONDITIONS TO ENTRY AND OTHER GENERAL RULES: Each Sweepstakes entrant acknowledges and agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damages, claims, causes of action or liability, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, of any kind resulting from awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or from the participation of entrant in Sweepstakes, including (without limitation) for the awarding or reimbursement of any prize otherwise payable to an entrant who is ineligible. Each Selected Finalist acknowledges that no release has been made or any warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, regarding any prize and agrees that the Releasee(s), to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including (without limitation) those of merchantability, quality, mechanical condition and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant and Selected Finalist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (based on any and all possible theories), including reasonable legal fees and expenses in connection with the prize provided or arising from or in connection with their participation in Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation to Jerome s Furniture, and the agents and licensees of each such entity, to (1) contact entrant by any means including text and regarding Sweepstakes or any other promotional, marketing, sales or other business activity of the contacting entity, and (2) use, record, perform, reproduce and display the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness, and biographical material in any medium in perpetuity throughout the known universe for historical, advertising, marketing, publicity, broadcast or other promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes or the business and operations of Jerome s and such contacting entity. Standard text messaging and data rates (as provided in your wireless rate plan) apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrant further grants permission to Jerome s Furniture, and the agents and licensees of each such entity, to sublicense, transfer, and share all or any of the preceding rights, information and material and acknowledges that all information and materials shared will not be private. XIV. XV. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES: By participating in Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the rules and decisions of Jerome s, which shall be final. Failure to meet and comply with the Official Rules will result in immediate disqualification and the forfeiting of this and any prize awarded, NO EXCEPTIONS. Jerome s reserves the right to cancel Sweepstakes, whether in whole or in part, including (without limitation) the occurrence of any force majeure event such as a fire, earthquake, flood, storm, other act of nature or God, war, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist act, strike, work stoppage, etc. AMENDMENTS:

5 These Official Rules, along with Sweepstakes eligibility, performance, participation, and prize awarding, are subject to the interpretation, rules, modifications, and decisions of Sponsor, who reserve the right to revise, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Sweepstakes at any time without claim for damage or recourse of any kind. The Official Rules may be amended at any time by posting the Amended Official Rules in all Jerome s store locations. The Amended Official Rules shall be effective immediately upon posting in all Jerome s store locations or as indicated in the Amended Official Rules. XVI. XVII. XVIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Jerome s Furniture reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Jerome s Furniture s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Jerome s Furniture in its sole discretion. In such event, Jerome s Furniture reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Jerome s Furniture reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Jerome s Furniture reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jerome s Furniture or Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.
