2 Objectives and Benefits of the HRS - Improve customer service and experience - Consistent through all dealerships - Eliminates test driving for competitor vehicles - VOR loans provide income for dealerships with daily rates - Reliable source of attractive low kilometre vehicles - Supports rental business - Fleet prospecting - Employee overnight loan vehicles - Bookings and reservations must be made in HRS, not manually

3 Vehicle Loan Types

4 Holding Requirements Minimum Holding Requirements kms OR 90 days Maximum Holding Requirements - 12 months

5 Key Success Factors - Should always order stock ahead of time - Make sure the range is representative of the vehicles located at the dealership - Vehicles must be taken care of to ensure that the are readily available and clean - Priority should be given to VOR situations when the customer is in greater need - Promote the service - Appoint a program manager to ensure that the HRS program is successful

6 Stages of Holden Rental Service - Three stages - 1 st : add the vehicle to the program by registering it in your rental sales order management system - 2 nd : maintain the vehicle; offer it to customers being based on their experience - 3 rd : vehicle is de-fleeted and transferred to a department for used cars

7 VOR Loans - Holden will reimburse and provide HRS vehicle as courtesy to the customer in the following situations: - Customers vehicle cannot be driven because of unresolved product issues or if a part cannot be supplied by Holden (contact DSS for approval of a courtesy car) - If customers vehicle has been towed within the first 12 months of warranty to the dealership a courtesy car can be arranged by yourself for up o 3 days without DSS approval - Insurance is capped on any VOR loan

8 VOR Parts Delay - Customers vehicle cannot be driven because a required part cannot be supplied by Holden - Dealer must contact DSS for courtesy car approval - Dealer creates loan agreement in HRS - Provides courtesy car to customer - Invoice is generated for Holden to pay via GWM after the vehicle has been returned

9 VOR Tow - Vehicle is towed within 12 month warranty period Dealer can self-authorise vehicle up to 3 days - Must be managed in the HRS system

10 Daily Charges - Dealer can: - Use recommended rates - Set own daily rate or; - Provide vehicle free of charge - Can pass on additional charges such as refuelling and excess to customer - VOR daily compensation rate is non editable - Barina, Trax, Cruze and Malibu = $40 per day - All other models = $50 per day

11 Excess and Insurance - Two options for insurance 1. Dealership house policy: dealer has responsibility to notify insurance provider 2. Rentsure : specialist insurance company to rent vehicles to non-service customers where insurance has already been discussed - Excess levels based on age of driver - 25 years + = $ years = $ Under 21 years = $2000

13 Vehicle Availability Tab - Vehicle availability tab is there to check the status of a vehicle - Vehicles are colour coded: - Green = available - Red = booked - Amber = partially available

14 Agreement Log Table - Provides a complete log of customer loan agreements - Shows future reservations, current open bookings, closed off agreements and invoices

15 Other Functions of HRS - Employees can take vehicle overnight - Dealer Employee agreement has to be created for this to happen - Can reserve/block vehicles for future bookings - Prevents from double booking - Saves time to create agreement from scratch - Can update dealer contact details and manage daily rates
