BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION/SUBSCRIPTION TO THE VODAFONE PLAY N WIN COMPETITION PACK, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE VODAFONE PLAY N WIN COMPETITION PACK. TERMS: The Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack(Vodafone Cricket Competition Pack is now Play N Win Competition Pack. All the Subscribers of Cricket Competition Pack will now be the subscribers of Play N Win Competition Pack and continue enjoying the same benefits of the Cricket Competition Pack)is hosted by OnMobile Global Ltd., a company having its office at No 26, Bannerghatta Road, J.P. Nagar 3rd phase, Bangalore ( OnMobile ) in association with Vodafone Essar Limited, Vodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone Essar Gujarat Limited, Vodafone Essar East Limited, Vodafone Essar South Limited, Vodafone Essar Digilink Limited, Vodafone Essar Cellular Limited and Vodafone Essar Spacetel Limited (hereinafter referred to as Vodafone Essar ) (jointly referred to as Organizers )and the pack is open for subscription for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of Vodafone cellular subscribers 1 of the following circles. Subscription to this pack is valid from 9 th March 2011 to 31 st December Once the Subscriber has subscribed to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, he/she will be allowed to participate in any Vodafone competition that may be launched as part of this Play N Win Competition Pack. In the event the user number / connection is registered in the name of a company/ firm, the employee who is authorized to use the phone shall submit a No Objection Certificate (NoC) and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the number for participation in the Competition, receive the prizes and accept the terms applicable for the Competition.

2 The subscription to and the validity of the Play N Win Competition Pack has been extended till 31 st December 2012 All Vodafone subscribers that subscribe to the Play N Win Competition Pack on or after 7 th 2011 will be subscribed with the extended validity. December All existing subscribers of Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack as on 6 th November 2011 can register for this extended validity by confirming through SMS/IVR/USSD/Flash. Existing subscribers who do not register for this extension through explicit consent will be deactivated from the Pack on 31st December 2011, even though any Competition of the Pack may be live during this period. A Subscriber, by subscribing to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, hereby agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the terms and conditions of any competition that may be launched as part of this pack. Also, by subscribing to this pack, you, the Subscriber: Warrant that you have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions. Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that you have submitted. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website at the following address: Procedure and Eligibility for subscription: 1. The Play N Win Competition Pack is open for subscription for all active Prepaid and Postpaid Vodafone Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria: Subscriber must be above 18 years of age. Subscriber must be a citizen of India. Subscriber must not be convicted and/or prosecuted for the commission of any criminal offence. Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc. nor be of an unsound mind. 2. To subscribe to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack: a. The Vodafone Subscribers have to call or Dial the USSD string *567*880#, SMS ACT WIN to 144/111 or press 1 through OBDs/In-dials. Subscription to the Play N Win Competition Pack is without any additional charges other than the normal usage charges. As soon as a Subscriber sends a subscription request for the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack: o Through USSD/SMS, he/she will receive an acknowledgement telling him/her that his/her subscription request has been received.

3 o Upon pressing 1 through OBD/IVR, he/she will be informed that his/her subscription request has been received and once the same is confirmed by the Subscriber, he/she will receive a subscription confirmation SMS. The other relevant steps and terms and conditions involved will be communicated to the Subscriber at the time of communication of launch of competitions under this Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack. Once the customer is successfully subscribed to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack he/she will get an SMS informing about the current or upcoming competition, prizes to be won and the charge for playing that competition along with other terms and conditions. All Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members will subject to the Terms and Conditions contained here be eligible to play all competitions launched as part of the Play N Win Competition Pack. All Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members will be charged Rs. 2/- on all competition days, once they have subscribed to that particular competition unless the pricing has been revised for a particular competition or for all further competitions, in which case the price revision will be communicated in advance. If a Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack subscriber does not get charged for a day continuously for a period of 30 days the system will automatically deactivate the subscription to the pack. The subscriber will be sent an SMS upon deactivation, which will also inform how the subscriber can subscribe to the pack. If a Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack subscriber wants to unsubscribe from this pack then it can be done by calling toll-free or SMS CAN WIN to All Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members will be sent regular SMS updates and details about the current and the upcoming competitions. All Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members will be eligible to play and win the prizes offered in each competition, as will be detailed in the terms and conditions of that respective competition. These prizes may vary from one competition to the next. Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members will not be charged any amount on noncompetition days (after the end of one competition, and before the start of the next competition). b. A Subscriber can subscribe and unsubscribe to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack multiple times- i.e. if he/she unsubscribes from the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, he/she can subscribe again, at any time, if he/she wishes to do so. 3. The prizes that the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack members might win, owing solely to his/her membership to the Play N Win Competition Pack, will be sponsored and distributed by Organizers. These prizes shall be distributed by OnMobile through any means, and at any time, as it may deem fit. Prizes will differ from one competition to the next. These prizes will be mentioned in the individual competition s Terms &Conditions separately.

4 4. The prize(s)/gift(s) under the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes/gifts shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes/gifts and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner. 5. By subscribing to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, you - the Subscriber confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and you agree to receive updates about current and upcoming competitions from OnMobile/ the Organizers, as they may in their sole and absolute discretion decide. 6. The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with Vodafone, OnMobile and its vendors or published and/or communicated to/in any media that it may deem fit, and Vafone, OnMobile or its Vendors may, at their sole discretion choose to publish or disclose the name(s), phone number(s), score(s) and/or photographs of all/any Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack subscribers/members, if required. 7. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content/ WAP/ website and all material or content related to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack shall remain, at all times, owned by OnMobile/ the Organizers / their respective owners. All material and content contained in this website is made available for your personal and noncommercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on this website/wap site and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited. 8. All prizes/gifts must be claimed by the winner, along with the documents specified herein below. The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law): Identity Proof Address Proof Photocopy of PAN Card Proof of holding the Vodafone telephone connection Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations and declarations in the format as may be required by Organizers. 9. The employees of Vodafone / OnMobile and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to win any of the prizes offered in any of the Competitions launched as a part of the Play N Win Competition Pack. 10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Organizers. 11. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be read along with the terms and conditions of the competitions that may be launched as part of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any specific competition, the terms and conditions of such competition shall override these Terms and Conditions.

5 12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to guidelines/ directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time. 13. The decision of Organizers in respect of all transactions/issues pertaining to the Play N Win Competition Pack shall be final and binding. 14. Neither Vodafone nor OnMobile shall be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during, between or after the completion of any competition in the Play N Win Competition Pack, including but not limited to any technical failures in the telephone lines, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct competition score updates or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. Further, Organizers shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of Organizers. 15. The Subscriber/member hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Organizers and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the Play N Win Competition Pack or any related competitions. 16. Organizers reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any part of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack or any part thereof including the Terms & Conditions and prizes/gifts at their sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber/member. You are therefore advised to check this website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions. 17. This competition is being made purely on a best effort basis and subscribing to this pack is voluntary. 18. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.

6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Paisa Vasool Competition 1. Paisa Vasool Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition ) jointly organized by Vodafone Essar Limited, Vodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone Essar Gujarat Limited, Vodafone Essar East Limited, Vodafone Essar South Limited, Vodafone EssarDigilink Limited, Vodafone Essar Cellular Limited and Vodafone EssarSpacetel Limited (hereinafter referred to as Vodafone Essar ) and OnMobile Global Limited (OnMobile), jointly referred to as Organizers is launched as part of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack and is valid during the period from26 th October201100:00:01 hrs to 9 th December :59:59 hrs(hereinafter referred to as the Competition Period ). Vodafone Essar reserves the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period, as it deems fit. 2. The Competition is valid for all *Valid Subscribers i.e. both prepaid and postpaid of Vodafone Essar (hereinafter referred to as Subscribers ) residing in India who are above 18 years of age and subject to their acceptance of other eligibility conditions under the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, in the 20 circles (AP, ASSAM+NE, BIHAR, DELHI, GUJARAT, HARYANA, KARNATAKA, KERALA, KOLKATA, MAHARASTRA, MP, MUMBAI, ORISSA, PUNJAB+HP, RAJASTHAN, WEST BENGAL, UPE, UPW) who successfully subscribe for the Play N Win Competition Pack (hereinafter referred to as Participant ) by following the subscription process mentioned hereunder. Participating in this Competition by Subscribers of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack is optional. The Competition will be available in the below mentioned languages: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali *Valid Subscriber means having valid Subscription of Vodafone cellular mobile telephony services as per Law. 3. A Subscriber by participating in the Competition, hereby agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below and gives his/her irrevocable consent to the procedure for winner selection as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Competition by the Organizers for any reason whatsoever. 4. Participation in the Competition will be construed as an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein and further agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. 5. Subscription Process a) Only Vodafone subscribers who have subscribed and become a member of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack (refer clause 2 above) will be eligible to participate in the Paisa Vasool Competition. 6. After the Subscription opens(before the Competition Starts) a) When an MSISDN calls the number after subscription starts, the system checks if the participant has already subscribed to the Play N Win Competition Pack or not.

7 b) If the participant has not subscribed to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack through any mode, then the Subscription Intro prompt will be played, asking the participant to subscribe by pressing 1 If the participant presses 1, he/she will be informed that the request has been taken and once the same is confirmed, he/she will receive a subscription confirmation SMS and the call is dropped. If the participant presses 2, he/she will be informed that he/she can subscribe any time by calling and the call is dropped. c) If the participant has already subscribed, If the status is pending, the participant is informed that his/her subscription request is being processed and once the same is confirmed, he/she will receive a confirmation SMS, and the call is dropped. d) If the participant gives an invalid input then an appropriate prompt is played and Subscription option will be repeated. On subsequent invalid input,two more chances are given to the participant in detail with subscription options. If the participant still continues to give invalid inputs then an appropriate prompt is played i.e. upon maximum error the call is dropped, after telling the participant to come back and subscribe later. e) The above applies to participants who give no response also. 7. Competition on Voice If the status is confirmed, the caller is taken to the Competition Settings Menu asking the caller to press 1 to play the Competition or to press 2 to change the settings of the Competition. Competition will be available on the toll-free number for all subscribers of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack. All subscribed participants on the first day of the Competition will be charged Rs.2/- for that day from 01:00:00 hours onwards. o If the charging is successful, participant will get a confirmation SMS, along with the rules, prize and terms and conditions URL, and the number on which he/she can call and participate in the Competition. All MSISDNs who subscribe to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, after the Competition starts, will be charged Rs.2/- for the same day i.e. for the first day on which the Competition starts. o If the charging is successful, participant will get a confirmation SMS, along with the rules, prize & T&C URL, and the number on which he/she can call and participate in the Competition.

8 On subsequent days, the system will try to charge all subscribed participants Rs.2/- at 01:00:00 hours, irrespective of successful charging or failure the previous day. Once charged, the amount will not be refunded to participants under any circumstances. Every day, all subscribed participants of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack will be sent the charging success SMS (if the charging is successful), along with the number on which he/she can participate in the Competition. If a member wishes to unsubscribe from the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, it can also be done by calling the toll-free number or SMSing CAN WIN to All subscribed participants will be charged from the first day of the competition, or the day he/she subscribes to the Play N Win Competition Pack, till the end of the competition, or the day till he/she unsubscribes from the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, whichever happens first. All subscribed participants of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack can play the Competition, by calling the toll free number , irrespective of whether they have been charged on that day or not. If the participant is charged successfully, the local subscription cache will have his/her status as A and for the participants, whose charging has failed for the day, will have his/her status as S. Both the A and S status participants are eligible to play the competition for the day. Hence, the subscription module should allow the same. However, the participants who have played competition with unsuccessful charging will not be considered during winner selection process. Once the competition starts, as soon as an MSISDN subscribes to the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, the MSISDN will be allowed to play the Competition, even before receiving the subscription confirmation SMS. Only if the subscription fails for any reason, he/she will be stopped from playing any further. The confirmation SMS sent by the application that a participant has been charged Rs.2 will be sent only after 8 am and before 9 pm for the day even though that the charging would happen anytime between 01:00:00 hours and 23:59:59 hours. The Competition consists of a total of 225 questions, with 2 answer options each. As soon as a participant calls , a prompt is played (Competitions Settings Menu), asking the participant to press 1 to play the competition or to press 2 to change the settings of the competition. o If the participant presses 2, he/she will be given 3 options: 1. To Choose your language Press 1

9 2. To unsubscribe from the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack, press 2 3. To play the Competition press 3 If a participant presses 1, an appropriate prompt is played and then the participant will be taken to the competition. If a participant presses 2, then, an appropriate prompt is played and the call is dropped. Pressing 3 will take participant back to the Competition where he/she can continue from where he/she left. If a participant presses 1, a welcome prompt is played, the first time he/she calls for the day, explaining the rules, prize & T&C. The participant is informed that he/she can press 9 at any time during the Competition to know more about the Competition. If the participant presses 9, then he/she will be taken to the Info zone, wherein the participant is given 5 options: o To choose your language Press 1 o For information on Prize press 2 o For instruction Press 3 o And for Terms and Conditions Press 4 o To play the Competition press 5 If the user selects the language after pressing 1, then, he/she will be taken back to the Competition where he/she can continue from where he/she left. If participant presses any of the above options other than 1 & 5, then the appropriate prompt will be played according to the option selected and then the participant will be taken back to the same menu of 5 options. Pressing 5 will take participant back to the Competition where he/she can continue from where he/she left. If participant does not press 9 then he is taken to the 1 st question. If the participant calls in for a second time or more, without completing the questions for the day, he/she is played a short intro prompt. Then, for second and subsequent participants for the day, a score prompt will be played at the beginning if his/her score for the day is NOT 0. If participant does not press 9 after this, then he is taken to the next question. Theparticipant can press 1 for 1 st Option or 2 for 2 nd Option on the phone keypad to answer. For every right answer the participant will get 1 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.

10 After every right answer, the participant will be played an appropriate prompt and given the next question. After every wrong answer, the participant will be played an appropriate prompt and given the next question. If participant stops playing the Competition after answering the nth question then when he/she calls back on the same day, he/she will be played the (n+1)th question. If participant stops playing the Competition without answering the nth question then when he/she calls back on the same day, he/she will be played the nth question. If the participant stops playing the Competition after answering the nth question then he/she can continue playing either by calling back on , or by sending SMS PLAY to , on the same day, to receive the next question. Irrespective of whether or not the participant has answered all 5 questions on a particular day, when he/she calls on the next day, he/she will be played the first question of that day. The questions will be played sequentially. The participant is played the questions one after the other till he/she finishes answering all the questions for that day. If participant gives an invalid input then an appropriate prompt is played and the question and answer options will be repeated. On subsequent invalid input two more chances are given to the participant. If participant still continues to give invalid inputs then an appropriate prompt is played i.e. upon max error the call is dropped after telling the participant to come back and complete the Competition. This applies to participants who give no response also. Participant can press * to listen to a question again. There will be a black-out time for the Competition every day between 11:45 PM and 12:15 AM of the next day. This black out time will be communicated to all participants at the time of subscription. After every input from the participant, the system will check the time. In case the time is after 11:45 PM and before 12:15 AM, the participant will be informed that the Competition is closed for the day and will inform the participant to call back the next day after 12:15 AM. The call is then dropped. If a participant calls between 11:45 PM and 12:15 AM, the same response will be given and the call is dropped. Once the participant has answered 5 questions for the day, he/she will be played a prompt telling him/her that he/she should call up the next day for new set of5 questions.

11 All Subscribers of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack who have NOT played the Competition for the last 7 days will be sent an SMS asking them to play the Competition by calling the toll-free number This SMS will also contain the methods of unsubscribing from the Play N Win Competition Pack so that Subscribers are educated about the same. 8. Competition on SMS Competition will be available on the toll free number for all Subscribers of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack. All subscribed participants on the first day of the Competition will be charged Rs.2/- for that day from 01:00:00 hours onwards. o If the charging is successful, participant will get a confirmation SMS, along with the rules, prize and terms and conditions URL. All subscribed participants who subscribe after the Competition starts, will be charged Rs.2/- for the same day i.e. for the first day when the Competition starts. o If the charging is successful, participant will get a confirmation SMS, along with the rules, gratification and terms and conditions URL. On subsequent days, the system will try to charge all participants Rs.2/- at 01:00:00 hours, irrespective of successful charging or failure the previous day. This charge will not be refunded to participants under any circumstances. Every day, all subscribed participants of the Competition will be sent the charging success SMS (if the charging is successful), along with the number on which he/she can participate in the Competition. All subscribed participants will be charged from the first day of the Competition, or the day he/she subscribes to the Play N Win Competition Pack, till the end of the Competition, or the day till he/she unsubscribes from the Competition, whichever happens first. All subscribed participants of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack can play the Competition, on the toll free number, irrespective of whether they have been charged on that day or not by sending the Keyword PLAY to The confirmation SMS sent by the application that a participant has been charged Rs.2 will be sent only after 8 am and before 9 pm for the day even though that the charging would happen anytime between 01:00:00 hours and 23:59:59 hours.

12 The questions have 2 answer options each. All participants can play only 5 questions a day. There will be a fresh set of 5 questions every day. If the participant has completed all the 5 questions of the day and sends the keyword again, an SMS will be sent, informing him/her that he/she has already completed the competition for the day and to send the keyword the next day. For every right answer the participant will get 1 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer. After every right/wrong answer, the participant will be given his/her score for the day, followed by the next question and call-to-action. If the participant gives an invalid input then an SMS is sent saying invalid answer, followed by how to answer and the same question and answer options. If participant stops playing the Competition after answering the nth question then when he/she sends the keyword on the same day, he/she will be get the (n+1)th question. If the participant stops playing the Competition after answering the nth question then he/she can continue playing either by sending SMS PLAY to , or calling , on the same day, to receive the next question. The questions will be played sequentially. There will be a black-out time for the Competition every day between 11:45 PM and 12:15 AM of the next day. This black out time will be communicated to all participants at the time of subscription. If the application receives a response like PLAY A / PLAY B or A / B at any time during this black-out period, the participant will be informed that the questions of the Competition are being refreshed and he/she can SMS PLAY after 12:15 AM to play the questions of the next day. If the application receives responses like PLAY A / PLAY B or A / B after AM then that will be considered as response to the 1st question of the new day and based on the right answer configured for the 1st question of the day the response will be sent along with the next question. Participants can either play the Competition by sending the keyword to and then sending a response to a question like PLAY A / PLAY B or A / B without PLAY, as a response to the question that they have received last to , on the same day.

13 If a participant has answered only 3 questions the previous day and sends the answer to the 4 th question or is received by the system / application the next day or during the black-out period then the system will accept it as the response for the 1st question of the new day and give an appropriate response (right/wrong) along with the next question. Once the participant has answered 5 questions for the day, he/she will be sent an exit SMS telling him/her that he/she has completed all the 5 questions for the day and that he/she can answer a fresh set of 5 questions the next day. The same will happen if the participant sends the keyword again after he/she has answered all the 5 questions for the day or if he/she tries to answer a question after having answered all the questions. But on the last day of Competition, the exit text will not inform the participant that he/she can play the Competition the next day. All subscribers of the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack who have NOT played the Competition for the last 7 days will be sent an SMS asking them to play the Competition by sending the keyword PLAY to This SMS will also contain the method of unsubscribing from the Vodafone Play N Win Competition Pack so that subscribers are educated about the same. 9. Winner Selection a) Bumper Prize o The selection for the Bumper Prize will be conducted after the Competition ends. One MSISDN, across all circles, with the highest score of 5 points on maximum number of charged days, will be selected as the winner of the Bumper Prize of Rs.10 Lakhs. Which means that the cumulative score is not considered but the maximum number of days an MSISDN has scored 5 points will be considered. b) Weekly Bumper Prize o One MSISDN, across all circles, with the highest score of 5 points on maximum number of charged days during that week, as per the schedule below**, will be selected as the winner of the Weekly Bumper Prize of Rs. 20,000.
