1 MEET OUR General Liability Claims TEAM RAYMOND WEISSE Vice President Chief Technical Officer T rweisse@navg.com JULIE FREITAG Vice President and Manager, Life Sciences and Casualty Claims T jfreitag@navg.com SANDRA TRAUB Eastern Regional Vice President, Casualty Claims T straub@navg.com Raymond Weisse is Vice President Chief Technical Officer with more than 25 years of legal and insurance industry experience at Navigators and AIG. Raymond s primary role is to provide subject matter expertise on high exposure casualty, errors and omissions (E&O) and marine liability claims. He was the vice president of casualty claims at Navigators from In between, he spent just over a year as the Vice President of Claims for The Americas division at SCOR Reinsurance Company. Raymond received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.B.A. in business management from Pace University. He is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida and holds adjuster licenses in various states. Julie Freitag manages a Navigators team handling claims for various lines of business, including life sciences, excess casualty, primary casualty, and media, arts and entertainment. Julie has more than 20 years of experience handling and defending large exposure claims in professional liability, product liability, general liability and medical negligence, both at the primary and excess layers of coverage. Julie came to us from Zurich North America, where she managed excess liability claims for nearly nine years. Earlier in her career, she practiced law at Chicago-area insurance defense firms, primarily defending medical malpractice claims. Julie received her J.D. and Health Law Certificate from the DePaul University College of Law and earned a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois, a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and a fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. Sandra Traub oversees commercial casualty claims in Navigators Eastern Region. Sandra also manages a team of adjusters who handle primary casualty claims, auto claims and environmental claims. Before joining us, she was with AIG for 18 years, where she served in various positions of increasing responsibility in the Environmental Claims and Construction Claims departments, most recently as a vice president. Prior to her insurance career, she worked in a private law practice in New York City. Sandra has her J.D. from the University of Quinnipiac University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she

2 received a B.A. in political science. She is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and holds adjuster licenses in 27 states. Other management and technical roles in which Mary Ann has served include positions at AIG, Liberty Mutual, American Claims Management (ACM) and West Coast Casualty Service. Mary Ann received her M.B.A. from National University and a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Michael Cortese is a Senior Complex Claims Specialist who handles excess claims throughout the United States. Michael has 30 years of experience within the claims industry and 15 years experience managing both Primary and Excess Claims departments. He received his B.S. in kinesiology from the University of Maryland. Michael is a licensed claims adjuster in 21 states and has his AIC designation. Matthew Holmes works in Specialty Claims for Navigators, where he handles excess casualty claims. He has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, having served previously as a Regional Claims Vice President at Royal Insurance Company. Other prior experience includes a term at Sun Alliance, time as a Regional Claims Manager at ACE Insurance Company, and various supervisory and adjuster positions at Hartford Insurance Co., Royal and ACE. Matthew is accredited as a chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU) and is conferred by the American Educational Institute (AEI) as a senior claims law associate. He is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, as well as an arbitrator for Arbitration Forums, Inc. John Pierucci is a Complex Claim Specialist with 34 years of experience handling losses involving permanent injuries. John is responsible for resolving primary liability claims arising from products liability claims on a national basis. Prior to joining Navigators, he worked as a Complex Claim Specialist for Zurich American Insurance Company, Fireman s Fund Insurance Company and American States Insurance Company. John received a B.A. in law enforcement administration and a minor in geology from Western Illinois University. His certifications include Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), Fraud Claims Law Associate (FCLA), Workman s Compensation Claims Law Associate (WCLA) and Legal Principals Claims Specialist (LPCS). He is a licensed adjuster in 15 states, as well as internationally.

Angel is responsible for a variety of claims, including complex coverage, additional insured, bodily injury, wrongful death, products liability, property damage, construction defect, advertising injury and catastrophic injury claims. She also serves as the department s Operational Controls Director, overseeing the development, implementation and management of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/Controls of Sarbanes Oxley (COSO) Claims Risk Management Program. In addition to five years in the insurance industry, she has a background in insurance defense litigation. Angel earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and received a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University. She is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. Additionally, she earned her Construction Claims Certificate through the CLM organization. Angel is a member of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. Joanne Queano is a, focusing on commercial casualty claims. Joanne has been working in the insurance industry for nearly 40 years. She has held various management and technical positions at Fireman s Fund, CNA, Business Alliance and St. Anne s West Hospital. Joanne earned a B.S. in medical technology from the College of the Holy Spirit Manila, Philippines. Bryan Waters brings 20 years of experience serving in technical positions in the insurance industry to his role at Navigators, where he handles commercial casualty claims. Before joining us, Bryan was with CNA, State Farm, Mercury and Fireman s Fund. Bryan received a B.A. in political science from California State Polytechnic University. Gary Venezia is a handling primary specialty claims including premises liability, products and construction. Gary has been working in the insurance industry for almost 30 years. Prior to joining us, he worked in various claims-handling and technical positions with CNA, Travelers and Everest National Insurance Company. Gary graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in political science. He has 15 state insurance licenses and is an accredited Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA). Brandon Mohr handles commercial casualty claims and adjusts property, casualty and environmental claims in the US and Canada for Navigators. Previously, Brandon worked at AIG in Complex Casualty Claims and in a private law practice at a New York insurance defense law firm. Brandon received his J.D. from The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace

4 University and a B.A. in business economics from The College of Wooster. He is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in New York and holds insurance adjuster licenses in several states. JOSEPH ILLIANO T jilliano@navg.com DARIA REDDINGTON- HOFFMAN Claims Specialist T Schaumburg, IL dreddington@navg.com Joseph Illiano is a for Navigators. Leveraging 30 years of experience, Joseph handles general liability claims with an emphasis on premises liability. Prior to joining us, he has held the position of Claims Litigation Director at Royal Insurance and at Sun Alliance, focusing on New York labor law claims and products liability claims. He has also worked for the New York State Tax Department. Joseph received a B.S. in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Binghamton, is accredited as a Casualty Claim Law Associate (CCLA) and holds adjuster licenses in all states along the eastern seaboard. Joseph received a B.S. in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Binghamton, is accredited as a Casualty Claim Law. Daria Reddington-Hoffman is a Claims Specialist, handling commercial casualty claims. For more than 25 years, Daria has served in various technical claims-handling positions in the insurance industry. Before coming to us, she worked at Hanover Insurance, Fireman s Fund, Kemper and GE/Swiss Re. Daria is a graduate of Indiana University, where she received a B.A. in theater and a B.A. in Germanic studies. MICHAEL HALISKOE T mhaliskoe@navg.com Michael Haliskoe handles primary specialty claims at Navigators, including premises liability, products and construction. Michael has more than 35 years of experience, having served previously in various management and technical positions at Starr Indemnity, Everest National Insurance Company and Reliance Insurance Company. His prior areas of responsibility have included primary commercial general liability, excess and umbrella liability, assumed reinsurance, professional liability, environmental and toxic tort. Michael received his M.B.A. from Wilmington College and a B.S. in business administration from Villanova University. He also holds adjuster licenses in 12 states. JEFFREY MEYERS T jmeyers@navg.com Jeffrey Meyers is a responsible for handling liability claims for Navigators. Jeff joined us from Arch Insurance Company, where he was an Assistant Vice President. He has more 27 years of experience in insurance claims and has held various positions at Marsh, Chubb, Hartford and Allstate. Jeff earned a B.S. in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He is accredited as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP).

5 STEVEN VELARDI Claims Counsel T svelardi@navg.com ROBERTO RIVERA Senior Litigation Specialist T rrivera@navg.com TODD HANSON Senior Complex Claims Specialist T thanson@navg.com Steven Velardi is responsible for handling casualty claims in Navigators Central and Eastern Regions of the U.S. Steven has been handling casualty claims directly for three years. Before joining us, he worked for AIG on construction defect claims. He also practiced law in Connecticut for five years, managing cases from inception to conclusion, including multiple trials. Steven earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a B.S. in legal studies from Quinnipiac University. He holds numerous adjuster licenses and maintains his license to practice law in Connecticut. Roberto Rivera is a Senior Litigation Specialist responsible for handling large complex construction claims, product liability claims and premises liability claims, from receipt of a new loss, to negotiating a global settlement in court or mediation. Roberto has 36 years of experience in insurance working for Fireman's Fund, Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, General Accident, Chubb, York Risk Services as a Team Leader and Everest National. He earned his B.A. in finance from Saint Thomas Aquinas College. Todd Hanson is a Senior Complex Claims Specialist responsible for the management of excess casualty claims and litigation throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Navigators, Todd worked at Zurich North America for 17 years handling domestic litigated claims within the Specialties and Global Corporate business units. Todd received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. in economics from Truman State University. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois, and a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). US102018
