3 Premium Only Plan Flexible Benefits Programs Also called Cafeteria Plans Premium Only Plan is available through your employer IRS Code Section 125 allows selected employee benefits to be deducted from Gross Earnings Lowers taxable income, increases spendable income Elections must be maintained for a year Exceptions: Family Status, Employment Status, Leaves of Absence, Major Health Plan changes
