2 JEANIE PREFERRED INTERCHANGE RATE SCHEDULE EXEMPT ISSUER The following Rates Apply for any Jeanie Preferred POS Transactions on Cards issued by a Member with assets of less than ten (10) billion dollars and for any Jeanie Preferred POS Transactions on general purpose reloadable prepaid Cards issued by a Regulated Issuer meeting certain Federal Reserve requirements. To qualify for Jeanie Preferred POS participation, issuers must satisfy certain criteria established by Jeanie. At Network s discretion, Network may change Member s Switch Fee tier after such first annual period of Network participation based upon Member s Annual Purchase Volume pursuant to the tiering table above. Switch fees are subject to Network s contractual agreement with the Member paying such switch fees, which may at Network s sole discretion, be different from the Switch Fees herein. ** Any Transaction processed or routed to the Switch shall be subject to the Switch Surcharge. Jeanie Network Merchant Participation Fee Merchant Participation Fee is assessed to each participating merchant location. Fee covers annual period beginning August 1 of each year. Merchant Processors are to report their number of merchant locations that accept Jeanie to the Jeanie Network by August 31.
