If not resolved within 21 days, the irector-general shall refer the matter to an Independent ispute Resolution Process. 4/6 If any disputes arise from the implementation of the Groundwater Contingency Strategy (condition 16 of schedule 3), either party may refer the matter to the irector-general. 4/7 If, following an Independent ispute Resolution Process, the irector-general is satisfied that the quarry is causing an exceedance of the groundwater impact assessment criteria, and that compensatory water supply would not provide an acceptable alternative longterm supply of water to the affected landowner that is equivalent to the loss attributed to quarrying related impacts, then the irector-general may grant land acquisition rights to the affected landowner.
