I have owned my home on Wasath sine 998, have raised my hidren here and have been a ong-time resident of Mar Vista (sine 985). I beieve the sae of this projet is grossy out of proportion for the neighborhood and woud open-up Venie Bvd. to beoming a mini Wishire Corridor. I have been a oa reator serving the beah ommunities of Santa Monia, Venie, Marina de Rey and Mar Vista sine 989. I am pro-deveopment. But in this instane, I beieve projets suh as this wi drive down property vaues due to ak of privay, over ongested traffi, ak of parking and sense of ommunity. As you may know, Venie Bvd. has been redued to 2 anes in front of this deveopment and with 77 units, and ony 44 parking spaes, this is going to add to the disma traffi and parking situation we are aready experiening, i.e. Ryot empoys about 25 peope with no parking provided. Whie everyone is aing this a six-story buiding, it is reay seven when you ount the mezzanine. It oud very we be the highest buiding on Venie Bvd. from the beah to downtown L.A. I I am begging you to reonsider approving the sae of this projet, the neighbors don't want it and it wi not ontribute to the vision of "The Great Streets Initiative" by Mayor Garetti.
