8 ANNEX I Independent Quality Review Report te: The Managing Authority shall notify the selected major project to the Commission only if the Independent Quality Review concludes with a positive appraisal i.e. the major project is positively appraised for all criteria set out in the delegated act on the quality review [references to be added] and for all aspects covered under points 1-9. Where the appraisal is not positive for all applicable criteria and the aspects set out in points 1-9, the independent experts shall provide the report to the Member State in accordance with the provisions of the delegated act {references to be added].
