6 Activities and actions in Q1 Q Filling in detailed on-line questionnaires for the DriDanube project June 2017 (by Prof. János Tamás and Dr. Attila Nagy) The DriDanube project prepared a serious of questionnaires to survey the interest of stakeholders. As a follow-up activity of the National seminar of the DriDanube project GWP CEE Country Water Partnership experts have filled in some of the questionnaires of the DriDanube project. Annual Conference of the Hungarian Hydrological Society - (János Fehér) Follow-up activity of the Side Event Two papers were prepared and published in the Hungarian Journal of Hydrology as part of a comprehensive publication to be presented to the 6th Annual Forum of the EU Regional Strategy for the Danube Region to be held in Budapest on October Strengthening cooperation between river basin management planning and flood risk prevention to enhance the status of the waters of the Tisza River Basin (JOINTISZA) by Diana Heilmann and János Fehér Towards efficient and operative drought management in the Danube region. 16 Activities and actions in Q Q Participation to the 14 th PA4 Steering Group meeting October 2017 in Budapest, Hungary (János Fehér) Main agenda items: information from partner organisations; funding and cooperation possibilities; info from ongoing projects of PA4 relevance. 2. Participation to the 6 th Annual Forum of the EU Regional Strategy for the Danube Region October 2017 in Budapest, Hungary 3. Participation to the 12 th PA5 Steering Group meeting December 2017 in Vienna, Austria (János Fehér) Main agenda items: PA5 Annual progress report; Info from partners organisations ICPDR, Carpathian Convention; projects with Danube Transnational Programme; New areas of cooperation; Future activities and projects; Work programme for In the discussion it was mentioned that the cooperation between EUSRD PA5 and GWP CEE on integrated drought management is highly valued and the country representatives supported the joint project. GWP CEE was cited many times as active partner in different EU funded projects which have environmental risk, flood protection or drought related character.
