The re-evaluation and assessment process also defines the foundation and the basis for sanctioning the loan to the project owner. It defines the terms and conditions for sanctioning the funding and such conditions form the foundation of the MOU I loan contract agreement which will bind the Investment and the project owner. The project owner bears the due diligence application fee of $25.000,00 US dollars which includes the submitted documents, court legalization and procurement process and approval. As soon as the due diligence process is finalized, a funding offer is officially made from the fund directly to the project owner. Due Diligence application fee are 100% deductible from the application

6 If the project is 'APPROVED' for funding whereas the Company I Project Owners have decided to withdraw loan application and /or official signing of MOU and loan contractual agreement in United Arab Emirates. On the other hand, the Fund Insurance Company covers all the expenses of the appointed legal consultants during the detection period. However, until this stage, the payment of due diligence application fee, which the project owner is obliged to pay, will be perceived as a sign of determination and seriousness in the initial evaluation of the proposal.
