Allowed number of withdrawals per Month Service Fee in Excess of Two (2) Withdrawals/ Month Two (2) Replacement Fee For Lost Passbook /withdrawal Passbook 1 Accounts with no deposit/withdrawal transaction for two (2) years falling below the required ADB HIGH - YIELD SAVINGS ACCOUNT High Yield Savings Account (HYSA) is a peso account wherein funds of a specific amount are given pre-determined competitive rates for a fixed term. Passbook also serves as a proof of deposit. This account is offered to institutional clients. Government line and attached agencies Government Owned and Controlled Cooperations (GOCCs) Government Financial Institutions (GFIs) Local Government Units (LGUs) Private Institutions Minimum Initial Deposit Term Interest Rate (per annum) Pre Termination Rate/Penalty P1,000,000 Minimum of 30 days and Maximum of 360 days Based on weekly posted rates; varies depending on amount and term. Interest rate shall be pro-rated: o 15 days and below = 1/4 of the given rate or prevailing savings rate whichever is higher o more than 15 days=1/2 of the given rate or prevailing savings rate whichever is higher
6 Replacement Fee for Lost Passbook Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) HYSA Passbook o To be shouldered by the bank. o If pre-terminated, the depositor is required to pay DST HARVEST 5 A five (5) Year Time Deposit (Tax free) ; A long term deposit account. Individuals (Single or Joint Accounts) Minimum Placement Term Interest Rate (per annum) Tax Exemption Pre-Termination Rate/Penalty,000 Five (5) years and One (1) day Based on latest Fixed Rate Treasury Notes (FXTN) Fixed annual rate for the duration of the term No withholding tax and documentary stamp tax (DST) if Harvest 5 is maintained for five (5) years and one (1) day. 1. Interest Rate shall be pro-rated: o ninety (90) days and below = prevailing savings rate o more than ninety (90) days = prevailing CTD posted rate above 45 days. 2. Withholding tax on interest shall be withheld: o 20% = less than 3 years o 12% = 3-4 years o 5% = more than 4 years 3. The depositor is required to pay the full amount of Documentary Stamp Tax (DST)
7 Options for Crediting of Interest Earned* * The depositor shall only choose one (1) option upon placement of deposit and shall be applied for the whole term of the placement. Feature As Credit Line 1. Interest for reinvestment Interest earned shall be credited to the account every 31 st day to be reinvested with the principal deposit until maturity. Compounded monthly 2. Interest for credit to an affiliate LBP ATM account Interest earned shall be credited to the affiliate LBP ATM account every 31 st day. Affiliate ATM Account is exempted from all bank charges except for interbranch and interbank charges. Same affiliate LBP ATM account may be utilized by the depositor for succeeding placements Harvest 5 accounts may be used as a security for a credit line subject to LANDBANK's existing policy on hold-out on deposits.
