3 Profit Fixed Deposits Pre closure or Breaking of Fixed Deposit Debit Card (for individual accounts) Replacement Standing Instructions As per defined frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually, Annually and at Maturity). Min amount to book in Fixed Deposit is 00 or equivalent. A customer can pre close or break the Fixed Deposit before maturity after approval from the Bank. In such a case the customer will not get the profit rate for the tenor the Fixed Deposit was originally booked rather the profit rate for nearest passed / crossed tenor will be applied. profit will be recalculated and paid to the customer. For example, a 1 year Fixed Deposit is booked on 1st Jan and customer comes for pre closure on 30th Jun after lapse of 6 Months, the profit on the Fixed Deposit will be re-calculated on the 6 Months profit rate or the available profit rate and paid to the customer.
