1 Accounts Receivable must be a top priority The most important aspect to the survival of any business entity is cash flow and their accounts receivable. Unfortunately daily operations can many times overshadow receivables and when they remain low on the priority list they begin to stack up to where some businesses are even forced to close their doors. An immediate solution must be found and that is exactly why we are talking today. It's important to understand that there are only 3 options available when it comes to recovering your hard earned money, and with each option there are collection costs involved. What you are in search of is a program that will recover the most money possible at the lowest cost of collection. Now let's take a quick look at these options.
2 The 3 options to recover your receivables Option One: You work the accounts yourself This approach only works on the accounts that are willing to pay, but the ones who are refusing to pay, won't pay! These debtors know you cannot affect their credit so you have no leverage to affect settlement on their account and you end up wasting money on statements, phone calls, as well as your precious time. Option Two: You hire a Traditional Collection Agency or Attorney This approach never works because they are very expensive 33% - 50%, they get terrible results due to skimming your accounts (cherry picking the accounts they want to work), and their harsh efforts destroy your client base. Option Three: You hire CAD We are an alternative to collection agencies. We don't charge expensive fees. We charge a low fixed fee per account that ends up being less than 10%. Our clients receive the highest recoveries in the industry while maintaining their client base.
3 Alienation is never a concern Our programs begin with a nice/friendly Audit Letter that never offends anyone. Instead it helps leverage payment while maintaining your customer/patient base. We simply ask them if the balance is correct, and if it is, sign the bottom and send in the notice with their payment or call you to make payment arrangements. Our clients love our friendly Audit Letter because debtors that had gone into hiding are now calling them and working out suitable arrangements.
4 Professional Letters Our first letter is typically generated and mailed within 24 hours of submittal. Each letter has a perforated tear off portion and is enclosed in the envelope along with a return envelope which is proven to increase collection recoveries. All money is directed to you so when you receive payment you simply deposit the money into your account and report the payment to us. Address Correction Program Prior to mailing, each address submitted is scrubbed to find any recent change of address in the USPS national change of address data base. Good and updated addresses are instantly mailed. Results are imported into each debtor s profile.
5 Free Skip Tracing Many companies don t offer Skip Tracing to find current addresses, and the ones that do typically charge 50%. We offer this service free of charge to our clients. We will Skip Trace any bad addresses that cannot be updated via the USPS national change of address data base. As an example, we will investigate public records, court files, property records, motor vehicle registrations, voters registrations, etc. Skip Tracing results are logged into each debtor s profile.
6 Professional Phone Calls Phone campaigns typically begin on day 5 or day 10 of the collection cycle. All phone calls are generated in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Most debtors will pay by mail while others prefer to talk directly with your office to negotiate payment rather than with the typical collector. Therefore, we route the calls to the office number you provide for swift payment. When a collection call is coming into your office you will hear a voice whisper prior to connection informing you who the caller is. Remember no one understands the details of your relationship with the debtor anymore than you.
7 Your accounts never get skimmed Using CAD, every single account you submit gets worked completely regardless of age, size, or debtor location using every legal remedy all in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Our clients tell us they love the fact that they can follow the workflow in each individual account and view each specific action as it is completed, which gives them peace of mind that all services are being provided as agreed upon.
8 Double the national recovery ratio We typically double the national average collection recovery ratio because by using our low fixed fee per account preventative approach our clients are finally comfortable referring accounts early in the delinquency cycle due to our friendly audit letter and low fixed fee. As a result the recoveries increase exponentially based on the older an account is, the harder it is to collect. The results increase even more because we work every single account with no skimming whatsoever.
9 You maintain complete control When using the typical collection agency you lose control of your accounts, and they will no longer allow you to speak with your debtors. In other words, when you submit an account to them you have lost your customer/patient forever. With CAD the opposite is true. You maintain complete control to where you can start and stop accounts as you prefer. You can cancel, suspend, settle, or set up payment arrangements. You are now there to help them work through their dilemma and you will retain them as a loyal customer for years to come.
10 Optional Secondary Contingent Program At your option, any accounts not collected during our fixed fee per account 1 st phase can be automatically transferred to our secondary contingent 2 nd phase workout partner where each hard to collect account is assigned to a specific collector who takes ownership interest and continues collection activities with increased letters and phone calls, asset searches, asset talk-offs, and at times litigation, but once again only at your option. Then at your option, debtors that refuse to pay are reported to all major credit bureaus where their credit is affected for 7 years.
11 24/7 access to your collection system You will have 24/7 access to your secure VPN accessible collection system where you will be able to place accounts, report payments, change account status, view notes, payments, collection activity and detailed reporting.

19 Preventative Maintenance The best answer to achieving the highest recoveries in the industry at the lowest cost of collection is to incorporate preventative maintenance on your accounts. First, you work your current accounts in-house until they reach 60 to 90 days delinquent, or until you get the run around. Second, you quickly outsource the accounts to CAD where we ll collect them for a low fixed fee typically less than 10%. Third, on the few accounts that you re unable to collect through your internal efforts, and that refuse to pay during our fixed fee cycle, you forward to our 2 nd placement division where we utilize every legal means including litigation at your option.
