In accordance with the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals Pursuant to Sections 105(a), 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 2016 and Local Rule [Dckt. No. 291] (the Interim Compensation Order ), 1, Greenhill & Co., LLC ( Greenhill ), Investment Banker to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, hereby submits this Fifth Monthly Fee Statement (the Fee Statement ), seeking compensation and reimbursement of expenses for the period of September 1, 2016 through and including September 30, 2016 (the Monthly Period ). By this Fee Statement, Greenhill seeks payment of: $101, which is comprised of (a) eighty percent (80%) of the total amount of compensation sought for actual and necessary professional services rendered during the Monthly Period, and (b) reimbursement of $1,641.90, which is equal to one hundred percent (100%) of its actual and necessary expenses incurred in connection with such services. SERVICES RENDERED AND DISBURSEMENTS INCURRED 2. Attached as Exhibit A is a summary of the services rendered and compensation sought, by project category, for the Monthly Period. 3. Attached as Exhibit B is a billing summary of Greenhill professionals by individual, setting forth the (a) name and title of each individual who performed services during the Monthly Period, (b) aggregate time expended by each such individual, and (c) summary of services rendered by each individual. 1 Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Interim Compensation Order.

Attached as Exhibit E are itemized time records of Greenhill professionals for the Monthly Period. 7. Attached as Exhibit F is Greenhill s invoice for the Monthly Period. TOTAL FEES AND EXPENSES SOUGHT FOR THE FIFTH MONTHLY PERIOD 8. If no objections to the Fee Statement are received on or before the Objection Deadline, the Debtors shall pay Greenhill: (a) 80% of Greenhill s total fees for services rendered during the Monthly Period and (b) 100% of the total disbursements incurred during the Monthly Period. 13. If an objection to the Fee Statement is received by the Objection Deadline, the Debtors will withhold payment of that portion of the Fee Statement to which the objection is directed and will promptly pay the remainder of the fees and disbursements in the percentages set forth above.
