This must be returned to with the admin/ holding fee for the property to be reserved. Information will then be put forward to the landlord and if the landlord is happy with the applicant(s) the references will begin. The admin/holding fee per application. Once the references are commenced the fee that you have paid is NON- REFUNDABLE. This applies if your references come back negative, your landlord decides not to proceed or should the property be withdrawn. Upon commencement of a tenancy, a security deposit, together with the first month s rent in advance, will be payable. This payment must be in the form of a cleared funds payment into the bank or a transfer directly into our account or cash. A personal cheques will not be accepted. All properties are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy basis for a minimum of six months. All rental figures quoted are per calendar month, and are exclusive of utilities unless otherwise stated.
