Francis (Frank) Gallagher, MPD (Ret.) It is with deepest sympathy that we inform the Police Federal Credit Union family of the passing of our good friend, Frank Gallagher, on September 21, 2017, in Arlington, VA. Frank had been a longtime member of Police FCU and served in many capacities with the credit union as a loan officer, and a faithful volunteer serving on the Credit Union s Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Loan Review Committee. In January 2017, Frank was named Director Emeritus in recognition for his service to the membership. His memory will remain in the hearts of those who knew him well.
