Cumulative receipts are 104.2% of projections. Total expenditures to date are $555.9, which is $4.0M less than the current forecast (04/07). Interest earnings still ahead of interest expense by $1.6M. Interest earned through December 2009 was $31.1M: Interest expense and fees for the same period was $29.5M. All the Commercial Paper was paid off in December and the program has been closed.
