Purchases and Transfers Qualified at the greater of the contract rate plus 2% or the Benchmark Rate Maximum 25 years amortization Maximum $1M property value UNINSURABLE is defined as a mortgage which cannot be insured. Purchases and Refinances Qualified at the greater of the contract rate plus 2% or the Benchmark Rate Maximum 30 years amortization Greater than $1M property value Rentals (1 to 4 units) Special Programs Free Appraisals Available Programs Premium Programs A maximum of $250 or actual cost of appraisal, whichever is lower (Platinum Broker only on purchases of primary residence) New to Canada, Purchase+Improvements, Second Home, Family Plan, Investment Collateral transfers and transfers from FI's not on the approved list - add an additional to standard rates Notes Maximum 120 day rate hold for Purchase, 90 day rate hold for Refinance and Transfers. U Curve applies to all commitments, the lowest rate between the date of commitment and the day of closing is applicable. Rate Buy down is available for both fixed and variable products (Pre-Approvals excluded). Every 5 bps of interest bought down will cost 20 bps of commission. Maximum allowable buy down is 25 bps of mortgage rate. All buy-downs are applied to rate reductions automatically unless notified in writing at time of rate change. Insured Transfers must include existing insurance number. Pre-Approvals are offered to purchase applications with 650 or greater beacon score and 5-year Fixed Rate term. Pre-Approvals rates will be subject to 1 premium for all rates. Minimum beacon of 600 for Insured and 620 for Insurable and Uninsurable mortgages. Rate premium may be added for Insurable mortgages with beacons below 680 for all LTV or beacons at 720 and LTV of 75-80% Setup fee and rate premium may apply for uninsurable mortgages ICICI Float down policy applies to all products & programs Quick Close Program automatically applied while the program is still active and loan qualifies No Quick Close Program available on Pre-Approvals All conditions together with the requested documents must be fully satisfied by ICICI no later than 10 days prior to funding. Failure to do so may delay the closing or void the commitment. ICICI Bank Canada reserves the right to adjust the interest rate and/or charge additional fees for such closing.
