Pre-Approvals are offered to insured purchase applications with 5-year Fixed Rate term and additional 15 bps rate premium. Minimum beacon of 600 for all type of mortgages. Rate premium may be added for Insurable mortgages with beacons below 680 for all LTV or beacons at 720 and LTV of 75-80% Setup fee and rate premium may apply for Uninsurable mortgages. ICICI Float down policy applies to all products & programs. Quick Close Program automatically applied to new business only. No Quick Close Program available on Pre-Approvals. All conditions together with the requested documents must be fully satisfied by ICICI no later than 10 days prior to funding. Failure to do so may delay the closing or void the commitment.
