1 Star Wars Payment Plan Parents, please read over the payment plan carefully as by entering into the plan, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions as outlaid here. REFUND POLICY For this camp, TCC entered into a second party contract with the Stokley Event Center. Stokley requires a 30 day notice of cancellation from TCC, so we must require a 30 day notice of cancelation from all participants of the Star Wars Leadership camp (all ages) to receive any portion of a refund. Due to other costs incurred by TCC, we also have a structured refund percentage plan which is as follows: 1) Cancellation before March 1, % refund 2) Cancellation before March 29 75% refund of amount paid to date. 3) Cancellation before April 10 50% refund of amount paid to date 4) Cancellation before May 1 25% refund of amount paid to date 5) Cancellation after May 2 0% refund of amount paid to date *If TCC cancels the class for any reason at any time, a full refund of the purchase price paid to date will be refunded regardless of the date the class was cancelled. All refunds must be requested in writing by sending an to the assistant youth program coordinator at catrina.rockholt@tulsacc.edu Please list Youth Refund Request in the subject line along with your child s last name. 2 DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS By enrolling in this payment plan, you agree to pay an initial deposit towards the enrollment price which will be no less than $150 and no more than $300 The exact amount is determined by the date of enrollment. The remaining amount of the enrollment fee will be divided up into equal amounts of the months remaining. All payment plans must be paid in full by May 1 st. Payment Plans will be as follows, PLAN A Who s eligible Anyone enrolling before March 15 Deposit Amount - $99.00 Payments and due dates $99 due Feb 1, $99 March 1, and final payment $100 April 15 Cancellations subject to refund policy of 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% of amount paid and must be made in writing by sending an to cat.rockholt@tulsacc.edu as listed in the Refund policy section of this agreement. No refund requests or transfers for any reason will be honored after May 1 for the Star Wars camps. LATE PAYMENTS All payments for the payment plan must be made on or before each required due date. A grace period of three days will be granted to allow for processing delays either in or out of the control of the payment plan participant. Payments not received 4 or more business days after each due date will be considered late and may/may not be accepted. Any participant who fails to make their payment will be considered in default of this agreement and will be removed from the camp and refunded the percentage amount owed to them as listed in the Refund policy section of this agreement. Participants are welcome to re-enroll in the camp but they will be ineligible for a payment plan and will be required to pay the full enrollment fee up front.

5 TCC reserves the right to accept or deny any late payments for any reason, and all decisions of the assistant youth program coordinator or youth director regarding these matters are final. I am aware this camp requires at least a 30 business day notice of cancellation in writing and the refund policy is a structured percentage rate of 100%,75%,50%, 25%, or 0% as listed in the refund policy section of this camp. I further acknowledge I am aware no refunds will be given after the date of May 1 st unless the camp is cancelled by TCC.
